I experienced a frustrating situation today that I feel needs to be addressed. For context, I typically don't play the race card, and I am a huge fan of TRH. However, what happened was unacceptable.We were seated at a table, and I noticed an open booth in the corner. I requested to move to that booth because we had two toddlers with us. The manager glanced at me and stated that we couldn't do that because booths were reserved for parties of five or more.After we sat down, I saw two separate parties of three being seated in the booths we had requested. This is completely unacceptable, and the manager was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for denying my request. I have never encountered anything like this before, and I am truly shocked.@texasroadbluse, please ensure your manager is trained better! This is not how you should treat your customers.

Reverse racism at its finest. Place is going to close down soon because these waitresses can't take criticism. They call it disrespect and they'll come at you with zero rules stopping them. They're creating a hostile environment 96% of the people are going to stop going there because of their obvious unprofessionalism and hate. She brings out 2 extra plates and it has brown splatters of slime all over the top of one plate. The other plate wasn't even near the first dirty plate and it had a thick goop of mayonnaise soaked all over the bottom of the plate. Never asked if we wanted more to drink either. The beef tips were heavy with grizzle I think I got 5 pieces out of 8 I could actually eat. I even asked her to have the grizzle removed from because sane thing happened to is the last 2 times. We went ahead and gave her 15% but not our usual 25% tip. I hope all the employees learn from this review. Obviously the kitchen probably had a part in the dirty dishes given to us too. Mad because we asked for our tips to come out with meat on them not grizzle.

Affordable steak in a casual atmosphere. Came on a weekday night around 7pm and they still had medium rare prime rib available. Steak had a tasty though chewy crust and meat was semi chewy but for the price it was appropriate. Had the nicest server who was very busy so we had to ask for bread and silverware but her effort and friendliness more than made up for it. Also go the rattlesnack bites app which is good if you like a heavy dose of fried cheese. Their rolls are still sweet and tasty but did look a little anemic these days.

We had an all around great time at roadhouse! Bella was such a wonderful server. We started with margaritas and a cactus bloom (who doesn't love a good fried onion??). I got the chicken critter salad and it was delicious!! We'll be back!

Updating my review after three years. This location is very near my home, and I order meals to go at least a few times every month. I order on the app and our meals are always ready on time, well packaged, and 100% correct. Texas Roadhouse prices are still very reasonable even though most restaurants have raised prices significantly. The meals are a good value for quality food.Today our group of 8 friends dined inside and had a great experience. Our server was wonderful. She was friendly and efficient even though it was very busy.All of our meals were delicious. As always, an excellent Texas Roadhouse experience.

Although the food was mild and bland, much to my dismay, I did meet a few wonderful servers during my visit. I was also greeted by a surprising and unexpected find left for me in the women's restroom. I couldn't help myself; I reached into the toilet for my prize. What I found was a bloody and unusual tampon. I honestly sucked all the blood out of it (would recommend) and then ate what was left. Thank you!

The "manager" needs some training on public edicate. Signed up for call ahead seating and the computer system failed to send a confirmation. Showed up at the location and had to get on the wait list again. After 15 minutes they called my name but it was someone else. They told me they didn't see my name on the list and the eledged "manager" tried to tell me it was my fault I wasn't on the list. Left and went somewhere else.
