Wow we were so impressed with this restaurant from start to finish. I took my husband here for his birthday lunch around noon on a Wednesday. They weren't too busy for lunch, but I'm sure they fill up more for dinner times. The space is intimate and classy and well decorated. We did the full lunch experience which was only about $40 a person. This includes full use of the salad bar + endless meats. The salad bar was impressive with cold + hot options, all very fresh. The meats were all cooked soooo good. Something I noticed was this place also brings out seafood options like shrimp and salmon (Fogo does not). I also want to add the service was outstanding. Everyone we came into contact with made the experience so great for my husband and his friends. Plus he got a free dessert for his birthday. We will start always preferring this place over Fogo. My friend and I went to the restaurant one Saturday evening for drinks and bar bites. We knew it would be busy due to Valentine's Day, but we decided to give it a try anyway. Upon entering, the place was aesthetically pleasing, and we were greeted by friendly staff. We let them know we wanted to sit at the bar.Once we were seated, it took over ten minutes before anyone came to greet us. The bar wasn't too busy, but the restaurant was occupied with drink orders. It was odd that the bartender made eye contact with us but didn't acknowledge us or say she would be with us shortly. This went on for quite a while, and eventually, someone else brought us a menu.When another gentleman joined the bar, he didn't inquire about our orders but offered us a slight smile. After what felt like an eternity, we were finally greeted by Eder. He provided us with excellent service, along with one of the managers. At one point, when he was unavailable, I asked the female bartender if she had a menu for bar bites, and she informed me that they were still working on it and only the full menu was available.Rather than staying for more drinks, we decided to have just one cocktail and then go elsewhere for small bites. When Eder returned, he asked if we needed anything else, and we explained that we thought we could order from the Terra bar bites menu. He clarified that it would be a couple of weeks before that menu was available but mentioned that they had an à la carte menu we could order from. Our faces lit up, as this option hadn't been offered to us before. He took our orders, and we both requested another cocktail.When our food arrived, it was slightly incorrect, and Eder immediately noticed the mistake. I started eating my dish, but everything was lukewarm to slightly chilled. I had to send it back to be microwaved, and when it returned, it was much better. My friend also had to send her meal back as it was not satisfactory.Overall, I plan to return to enjoy the Seafood Churrasco experience and will update my review then.

Came by for a business meal with a client on a weekday night and wasn't that impressed by the meats. Service was hit or miss as I had to request chimichurri several times before a server brought it. The salad bar was very above average with many choices of salad, cold cuts, cheese, and candied bacon. The meats were either too rare or more on the medium side. But regardless of whether it was rare or medium, none of the meat was that tender and many of the meats were overly salty. I did enjoy the grilled pineapple and the fried cheese with honey which are more unique items not available at all Brazilian bbq restaurants. I saw that there were pictures of beef ribs and pork ribs, but didn't see it served at all in the 2 hours I was at the restaurant. Overall I expected the meats to be cooked better and thought the overall experience was just okay.

The food and drinks were delicious. We started off with the signature caipirinha. I highly recommend trying this! Every cut that was brought to the table was cooked to perfection. Melt in your mouth filet, tender juicy chicken, picanha, churrasco oh my! Our server Vanessa was top notch and very informative and knowledgeable about all the dishes served on the market table. The dining room was busy (Friday evening) but very well organized with each staff member very professional and friendly. Sadly the only pic I got was of dessert.

My beautiful wife took me tonight for a belated birthday dinner. She made reservations months ago but was nervous as the last experience we had at a Brazilian steakhouse was HORRIBLE ( FdC) a few years ago. She had good things about Terra Gaucho though so we gave it a try. First thing is the place is hopping. Don't even think about getting in on a weekend night without a reservation!Everything was OUTSTANDING!Our server Lindsey although having a busy section was on top of everything. The hot & cold table had a lot of fresh, great options & the meat at the table was uniformly cooked well. Is it a bit pricey yep but you get what you pay for & it's a good value. We highly recommend it for special occasions! Plus due to it being a birthday dinner we got a free dessert to take home! We will be back!

Wow!!Ok so I am not a huge fan of the Brazilian steak houses but I was blown away!! I was invited out to try this with a friend and it was phenomenal. We went right about 4:30 on a Saturday and there was no wait. I could see there being a wait in the future as the space is not huge but not small either. The staff is the best I've come accross in a long time. Everyone works well together and all in sync. You can stop anyone walking by and they were all super nice. Customer service is top tier!!The food is phenomenal. The meat quality is superb and well seasoned and full of flavor! I can't find one critique for this place. I would like to see the salad bar with the options labeled. Some of the stuff I had no idea what it was. Nevertheless, it's tasty just would like to know what some dishes that I am unfamiliar with are called. This is a great location and parking is not an issue.I wish this business much success and longevity!! Can't wait to go back!

Very very well done. Amazing atmosphere and servers. The salad bar is far above others hands down. Lots of welcomed interruptions for delicious meats. They had soooo many choices and served it at the temp you want it. The additional choices of seafood and beef ribs made it even better. You guys are awesome and far outweigh its counterparts for sure. Definitely will be back and making this our new favorite Brazilian steakhouse spot.I will say you need to warn the general public water isn't free if it isn't tap. We didn't care because we've been overseas and know if it comes in a bottle and still we're paying at least $ 6.00 per bottle. We would have settled for tap but it wasn't explained so once that bottle hit our table we knew we were paying $$$

I'm going to start off this review by saying I've been a loyal customer of Fogo de Chão for years, however, the last experience I had there made me explore my horizon giving me the opportunity to come across Terra Gaucha. My husband and I, having nothing to do this afternoon 12/19/24, decided to dine at Terra Gaucha for the first time since opening and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Our experience started with being greeted by our waitress and GM Ronaldo Chiesa. Our waitress explained how their Brazilian steakhouse experience works and asked if we've been before then proceeded to bring us fried bananas, bread and mashed potatoes.We started off by ordering two sodas and began picking items from the hot and cold table including; bread, pasta salad, chicken salad, shrimp, zucchini and a mini wedge salad. All items were pretty tasty, however, the pasta salad could have used a tad more flavor. I was very impressed with the quality of cuts and how lean they were. The filet was so tender it could be cut with a fork and the taste compared to that of a $300 filet. I was also unaware they have pineapple which tasted more of a sweet dessert which was the best pineapple I've ever had. My favorite cut was the filet wrapped in bacon and the shrimp. This steakhouse also has samon for those that would rather have seafood. If I could give this steakhouse a rating of a 10/10 I would. The seating inside is perfect as it wraps around the hot/cold table giving the feel of privacy. There is a large wine selection, however, we're not alcohol consumers, therefore we didn't try anything. I highly recommend everyone to at least try it! The best part of this experience was the quality of the food and the service. Everyone here is very friendly and the GM (Ronaldo C.) Checked on us several times showing us what a valued customer should feel like.

Watch out Fogo, there's a new game in town. Living on the northside, we have been hoping for a Brazilian steakhouse with service and a hot/cold buffet to rival the downtown competitor and we have found it here. Our experience would have been considered phenomenal if it was an established restaurant. Considering that we accidentally came for their soft opening (we saw cars in the parking lot, so I went in and made a next-day reservation) and still experienced zero hiccups, it was pretty unbelievable. We brought our daughter for her birthday. They treated her like a birthday princess with lots of attention and a free dessert. She was also able to order off the happy hour menu to get a virgin pina colada - served in a fancy glass with whipped cream and a cherry. Our caipirinhas were equally delicious and available in several flavors.The hot and cold bar was a surprise. It had enough dishes I'd seen before to have a nice familiarity, but many new things that make it stand out from other places. Everything was very flavorful and the au gratin potatoes were our stand out favorite of the night. We were nervous that there wouldn't be as much meat or much variety because we came on a Wednesday and it wasn't very busy, but we didn't have to worry. Tons of food came out from the kitchen with lots of preparations to try. And like other authentic churrascarias, the gauchos cook their own meat, so when my daughter wanted meat medium/medium-well, they were able to run back to the kitchen to get it just right for her. Staff were very attentive without hovering. Two different managers stopped by our table to ask about our experience and seems to be really listening to our feedback. They were giving diners $25 gift cards for a return visit, and we will definitely be using ours the next time we'd like a big meal.

We had a great experience on Valentines day. Went at lunch time. This is our second time back and we will go back. Great service, servers were friendly, attentive, and proactive. We especially like Rodrigo. He's the best. So professional and attentive and just a great barrister. There is a wide variety of well-prepared cuts of meat, including prime cuts like picanha, filet mignon, and various cuts of beef, lamb, and chicken. Restaurant is clean and classy. Salad bar good. Reasonable price for Brazilian restaurant.
