Stopped by this taco truck late last night and was glad I did. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The man at the window was helpful and friendly. I would suggest getting the carne asada tacos or the soft meat tacos, both were delicious. The food was prepared fast and in the time it took to get back to my house the food was still hot. I noticed that they stay open later than most restaurants, that is definitely a plus in my book! Will be back for sure!

Found a new taco truck near us and decided to give it a try. The staff was very friendly and our traditional tacos were made-to-order quickly. The only negative is that the tacos were a little greasy - but not in a way that made them less delicious (just in comparison to other trucks around the East Side). We both had traditional asada tacos with onion and cilantro - and were fighting over who got the "extra taco". The salsas (roja & tomatillo) were spicy and authentic. We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely phenomenal. The man working the window was so cheerful and welcoming. Plenty of parking no matter how busy, which can be hard to find sometimes with food trucks. Food was out in under ten minutes (mind you it was a tuesday night, so give them grace if it's a weekend and they're busy). I wish I took a picture of the tacos, but I scarfed them down. Will absolutely be visiting again!

Just tried TASTE OF CHOLULAS for the first time this evening. When I drove by this evening, I could barely see it from the street because the parking lot doesn't have very good illumination... this summer, it won't be a problem spotting it of course but at night in the wintertime, It wasn't as easy. But I knew that it was right by the Liberty Bell @ East Washington and Post Road. I ordered a ground beef burrito and soft taco. They were both really good. The Burrito was pretty large and filled with great tasting stuff. I also ordered a corn tortilla soft taco, but they forgot it. I called Moses at the food truck, and he promised to hook me up the next time I come back... They are friendly at this food truck. And I definitely will be back. I'm happy to find a great little food truck on my side of town!

I drive all the way from the Southside for these tacos. Sometimes it's the simple things that are the most delicious. The chicken tacos are my favorite- they're adding more to the menu, but I can't break away from the classics. Side note: get the hot sauce.

The taco truck was not there. We were driving through Indy, wanted a quick meal on our way home to Detroit, and thought a taco truck was the way to go. I did call around 4:30 and should have known better since the voice mail was generic. But we went anyway. Got there at 6 pm. No taco truck.

This is a diamond in the rough type of place on the east side! Good tacos & super tasty burrito. The service is a little slow, and the ingredients aren't anything special, but it's definitely a worthwhile stop on the East Side food scene.

It was delicious! I ordered 3 tacos de carne asada and my boyfriend got the al pastor. It was seasoned well and the tortilla was the perfect size and had a great texture. The flavor of the al pastor meat was very good. I would definitely go back for the flavors and value.
