Tamale/Taco Shop

Fantastic food at Tamale Shop!! It was also very fast. We went for lunch on a Friday. I got carnitas and chorizo tacos and loved them. The carnitas was my FAVE, it was absolutely delicious. The people I went with got tamales and loved them. I will definitely be back!!

I visited Tamale/Taco shop for lunch the other day. I ordered two tacos, one asada and one carnitas and a side of rice. The food was good and it was made very quick. Would definitely recommend.

Service was great, cashier was super friendly and helpful. I had to write a review on the Tamales. Coming from another state I had a hard time finding tamales like the ones from my home state until today. The BEST tamales I have ever eaten. I tried a few different ones all great tasting, masa perfectly cooked while the filling was flavorful and moist. It was the perfect balance. My husband had the chicken burrito it to was also delicious. Must try this place

I was in the area and saw a storefront with the word tamales and of course I had to go in. The reviews looked positive so I decided to give them a try. I got a couple tamales to try. Let's start with the masa. It was moist and not dry at all. That's a plus. The ratio of filling to masa was balanced. The bean and cheese tamale was flavorful. The rajas and cheese was my favorite. It was pretty spicy. As were the two salsas that it came with. One was a tart green and the other was a smoky tomato. The salsas were spicy but so flavorful. Next time I go, I'll ask for double the salsa. It was that good! They've also got tacos here with a variety of meat options. I would go here again for sure. They have a few tables inside if you want to dine in.

Stop by yesterday evening for the first time, food was great, fresh made to order and the size of the portions were just right. Good service and better price. First time but not the last. Great place.

If you're looking for memorable tacos or burritos, I recommend looking elsewhere. The asada was so well chopped that it could have been mistaken for ground beef. Carnitas were nothing special either. The service was friendly and fast, but I don't think this location will be a regular stop.

I was in town for the Taylor Swift concert and came across this little place. The food was delicious! The staff were so nice, too. We had tamales, sopes, tacos, and quesedillas. So yummy! Strongly recommend this place to everyone!

We had carnitas tacos, a mole chicken tamale and rice & beans. 10/10. This is incredible, authentic Mexican food.

Went in and the menu prices are a lie may want to pick somewhere else for your cheap eats this does fit the category
