Tacos Without Borders

They serviced our neighborhood party a couple weeks ago and we had the vegetarian nacho chips which were excellent. Perfect mix of vegetables, excellent crunchy corn chips, tasty cheese and plenty of veggies. Look forward to eating there again.

The tacos here were legit and generously sized. I particularly enjoyed the Chili Chicken Taco; it was my favorite among the options.

We used Tacos Without Borders to celebrate EMS week for our staff. Great food on time and a pleasure to deal with.

Service from the truck as immediate. So fast but also maybe the best tacos I've ever had. Very authentic, I'd travel to get these again.

We had the taco truck come to our work at Hardingpoorman today.WOW it was so good! They have great food and nice people. Looking forward to using them again.

I went for the three tacos for $10 deal. I ordered the chili chicken, Tex Mex, and Greek gyro, and they were ready in about a minute. They were pretty messy so I was glad I was at a table with napkins handy. I found each taco okay. To be honest, I was a bit disappointed. The chili chicken had good flavor but some of the chicken pieces were so big they required more than one bite, which is awkward in a taco. The Tex Mex seemed like a taco I'd make at home. The Greek was fine, and I could pretend I was eating the meat on a pita. The tacos weren't bad by any means, but they didn't dazzle me, either. They did make for a filling meal to last me through the afternoon.

The Tacos without Borders truck was at Carmel's CrossCountry Mortgage party this year. I had three of their tacos from around the world. My favorite was the Korean spicy taco. My hound kids were with me and wasn't up for the venture around the world so they made them some nice tacos with less ingredients. I appreciated them for this. For me, the three tacos were great. For condiments, there were a plethora of sauces to add. I chose a to have them without the hot sauce to get the flavors as is.

I tried the nachos when they came to campus one day, and was not too impressed. To begin with, they did not offer drinks, which is not a big deal. There were other food trucks, and one had IBC root beer (yum!). Also, the order of nachos I got took about 7 minutes to get, but they were really busy. If I remember correctly, I got the sweet chicken chili. The flavor was bomb, but they were cold. Sadly, I did not get to finish my nachos, as about halfway through I found a hair buried somewhere between the chips and the salsa. It was most likely not my hair, as it was brown (I'm a redhead), and it had a lovely coating of tomato on it. Besides the moulting cook, the guy that was taking orders was really nice, and they seem to have an interesting offering of taco meats. I might try them again if they come back to campus.

We hired Ryan to do our son's graduation party. He arrived early, stayed thru feeding 100+ guests, and the food was amazing. He only does private parties so it was hard to find info and the running joke is his social media sites haven't been updated in years, but don't let that stop you from having a kick ass function. Highly recommend and would bring him back for another party for sure.

Chef Ryan arrived in his truck for our company events early, prepared the food before the event. He cooked us a variety of options which all were excellent! He has been great to work with! Highly recommend.
