Sushi Boss was one of the options to order from at work with the EZCater Relish app last week.I ordered a chirashi bowl that has a mix of tuna, salmon, and yellowtail. It was phenomenal. I've had a very similar bowl at a similar type chain in San Diego (read: coastal town) and the quality of the fish here was 100x better. No grizzly, fatty pieces. Melt in your mouth fish.Also, the cucumber salad is so tasty, but spicy!Highly recommend Sushi Boss as a convenient lunch option.

I don't pretend to be a sushi aficionado, by any means, but I have been swamped at work and was in the mood today. I decided to Door Dash from Sushi Boss downtown. Now, most of the time when I order sushi, the rolls are incredibly tiny, about 5-6 little pieces, so I usually order 2-3 rolls not thinking anything about it. I ordered the Spicy Crab Rangoon roll, the Rainbow Roll and the Surf and Turf roll. Let me tell you...I was NOT prepared. The driver handed me the bag and for a second I thought he gave me the wrong order because the bag easily weighed over a pound. I opened the bag and laughed for a full minute before I paraded these monsters around the office: "LOOK AT IT...will you just look at it!" Whoever is out there making these beastly rolls, you are the real MVP. I was only able to eat the equivalent of 3/4 of one, but I have lunch for the next few days. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that I didn't see anything with real crab on the menu. That said, the taste and insane portion sizes more than made up for it. In other words, I highly recommend...just make sure to bring your appetite!

A great "fast food" take on sushi. Easily customizable with great signature rolls, Sushi Boss is a cool place for sushi beginners and those that need sushi in a quick way. The service is typically pretty good, of course when they are a little busier it's not always as friendly. The environment is clean, bright.

This sushi spot serves up solid sushi options that are made right in front of you. It's essentially a Chipotle style sushi place. The options are plentiful and the food was great. The only thing I would take a star away for is the customer service. The place was clean and the service was quick. The employees were just not very welcoming. Overall it was well priced sushi. I would definitely give it a try.

Got some through Uber Eats so not too sure about the ambience at all. Really just went for this place cos I knew it was the closest and I was starving from not eating the whole day. Ordered a few rolls and wasn't too impressed unfortunately. Pros is that they packed up the rolls really quick and it got to me super fast. And also the portions were massive. But the rice was not seasoned at all. And if it was, it completely missed the mark. If the first rule of fight club is to not talk about fight club, the first rule of sushi is to always season the sushi rice y'all!Did not help that their rolls were mostly rice too. One roll was fortunately covered in eel sauce and spicy mayo so it masked quite a bit of the rice. But definitely wouldn't come back.

Imagine Subway... but for sushi! I love stopping by Sushi Boss to get my customizable roll. I always recommend this place, especially for new sushi eaters. There are so many meat, veggie, and sauce options to choose from when creating your sushi roll OR bowl. The staff is very attentive, fast, and very polite. The crunchy roll is a fan favorite and it's DELICIOUS. If you're feeling alittle frisky, add mango to your crunchy roll! Trust me, it's so freaking good!

This is for a delivery order - so review of the food only. My husband and I received a delivery order from this establishment. It looked great when we opened the boxes but the taste was spectacular! The Clear Onion Soup is clean and flavored. Seaweed Salad had carrots added and was quite good. The Taste Like Chicken roll was extremely good. We added crispy onion and yakisoba sauce. So so good! Lastly I created a rice bowl. I added spicy crab and was impressed with the amount that was included. We will be back and are excited to try more items on the menu!

Ordered two shrimp tempura rolls and was very pleased! The staff was sooooooooo nice! The manager came and talked to everyone in the dining area and the crew happily answered questions my companion had about the ingredients and her dietary needs. They have a lot of sauces to choose from as well, including your faves like eel sauce and yum yum sauce (called their signature names of course). We dinned on a Wednesday early evening and were able to get in and order quickly. I'd recommend Sushi Boss especially if you have an event nearby, as we did, at the Madame CJ Walker building.
