Literally had mice within the first few days so we know it wasn't from us. There are always kids running around without any supervision. So far my sons bike has gotten stolen, some of my Halloween decorations have gotten ruined broken and stolen, and someone has stolen the caps off my tires that keep the air in so I'm definitely not pleased with anything going on at this place. I really thought it was going to be great living here definitely disappointed.

I have enjoyed living here for the last three years. This place is clean, has good amenities and walking distance for some good places to eat. I enjoy the proximity to town events and not having to fight parking. The only issue I have is the constant rates going up. I know it's business. But I don't like it. The other thing they don't have control over but the Duke power company likes their money for electricity so be prepared to pay home rates for an apartment. The other draw back is some of the residents are rude in driving like crazy people and don't regard children or pedestrians. The maintenance staff are great and timely. The customer service is friendly and willing to do their best. I would recommend if you need a short term living space.

I used to live there from 2009-2014 on first floor with 3 bedrooms/2 baths. They were great staff and maintenance people too.

Lived here for about a year. Enjoyed the closeness to the park and available trash areas. However, I didn't appreciate maintenance coming in with what felt like every month or so to check on my air filter and constant "maintenance" in and around the apartment. Oh and if you got dogs or cats, they aren't dog/cat friendly. If you have to work on a day they tell you they will be there they expect you to lock your dogs or cats in a windowless closet or bathroom for hours just so they can come in for a couple minutes to an hour and do things. Meanwhile privacy is violated and your pets are traumatized because they wanted you leave them locked up all day. Which I wasn't going to do period end of story. Glad we left but don't expect to have any privacy or a sense of your own space while you're there.Maintenance had a couple guys that were on point and friendly and willing to accommodate. However one guy just walked right in without knocking (the really big guy) while my wife was about to shower after work and almost got himself shot for breaking and entering. Scaring my wife half to death half dressed. More specifically it was also this same guy who likes to drive around persistently on the golf carts they drive and spy on people and everything they're doing. Constantly watching you and keeping tabs on you. Rather annoying considering we aren't the only ones who felt this way as our neighbors did as well.

I have been living here for 5 years, and it has been the most spectacular place I have ever lived in Indiana. The office staff is absolutely amazing, the maintenance staff is spectacular and the apartment is spacious, well-appointed and very convenient. I have to give a special shout-out to all the amazing people who have done so much for me during my time here. If you are looking for a place to live in the Fishers / Carmel area this is your choice! Sunblest is an honest community with some of the best people I've ever met! I will be here for many years to come!

After I graduated from high school, I had some options. I decided to attend Marian University (formally Marian College). After living on campus for two years, I needed a place on my own. I ended up living in Castleton for a whole, and wanted to move north. I grabbed a buddy and rented from Sunblest. The rates were good, they had an AMAZING gym, and free tanning beds. I lived there for a year, and met a girl online. She also lived in Sunblest. We eventually moved in together and lived there for a few more years. Rent never went up, and the neighborhood was great. Plus, we could walk to Target. The staff was great, and service requests were always handled in a timely manner. Anyone in the Circle City looking for a place to live, and not looking to spend a ton, Sunblest is the place for you. I loved living there and if I ever move back, would stop by there first!

Great location and great amenities. The grounds are super nice with many places to walk and convenient to parks. However, if you like mold in your apartment be prepared. We were told that even though they were replacing the windowsthey could not guarantee a mold-free apartment. Also, you will find a lot of ants to keep you company in the apartmentas well. Enjoy!

I used to live here for several years until life (and wife) sent me to the South. This is a great place to live in Fishers. The apartments are modest and certainly older than other communities around, but the value is tremendous. It's not the flashiest place, but if you're moving to the area you should definitely check this place out. There is good "bang for your buck" because the rent is relatively inexpensive. The location is top notch: walking distance to SuperTarget, main street Fishers, the library, ice cream, sushi, a park, and more. You're also right off the interstate (I-69) but not close enough to hear the traffic or even know it's there. The complex has one of the biggest gyms (for an apartment complex) that I've seen including racquetball courts, lots of exercise machines, and several cardio machines. The staff is attentive and quick to fix anything that goes wrong in your place. I had few repair needs but my best story is when my microwave went out and I called it in. By the time I was home from work I had a brand new one installed. They made several improvements to the property while I was there, which made me feel good that the rent money I was paying was being reinvested into the community.Sunblest is pet friendly and it seems like almost everyone has a dog. If you don't want to be around pets, then this might not be the place for you.I never felt unsafe living there (maybe it helps that the police station & fire department are right around the corner).

I have an apartment next to a pond and with most most beautiful view. The apartment was renovated prior to me moving so I had to pay extra in rental but I was not fussed. Julie, from the onset, was extremely helpful and wonderful to communicate with. until today if I have an issue I call on Julie and with no fuss or excuse it is managed.I can't mention any thing negative about the apartments or staff of Sunblest. Whenever I have logged a ticket or have a query it is attended to immediately and with the most AWESOME staff it is completed with no fuss, including on weekends. In these two years I have never had a terrible experience and this is dedication to the wonderful job of the staff.Thank you team, YOU MOST AWESOME.

My wife and I have lived here for nearly five years, and my mother has lived here for four. We have had the opportunity to create a happy home life, thanks in no small part to the Sunblest staff.Everyone who works here, from office to maintenance crew, have been wonderful. They are kind, professional, and courteous. They take care of maintenance issues promptly. Really, the best word to describe the Sunblest staff is kind.I asked a question on behalf of my mother, wanting to know what percentage of residents were elderly. They very politely said they could not answer, because it would violate HUD guidelines and housing laws. I was impressed that they were that honest, ethical, and professional. They were very accommodating when I had to move my elderly mother out of one of their apartments to the one we live in (also in Sunblest). They waived fees, recognizing that the move was best for her but might be a financial hardship. I have rarely seen this level of empathy out of a leasing office. While rent prices will no doubt rise as Fishers grows, please consider them! My wife, mother, and I could not be happier with them. Sunblest has the added advantage of having wonderfully diverse residents, and they offer many activities for all ages. I admire the way I have seen them treat children and pets on the property. You never feel like you are being a nuisance if you have a question or concern. My wife and I plan to stay at Sunblest for many years to come. You will find friendly neighbors, a great staff, wonderful facilities, and an overall happy and safe atmosphere. The fact that each neighbor I meet is usually smiling and enjoying life here says so much about this place. I know it may sound like I'm working for Sunblest (I wish), but I'm just a tenant. We feel genuinely cared about here, and that means more than I can put into words.
