Stopped by after work, used the app to buy BOGO Buffalo Chicken and a Roast Beef. Sadly, we rushed the online order to get the BOGO. Thankful the store had a working bathroom and cold drinks. Since can't seem to just ask for any deals, wasn't a great end for being at any Subway I've been to. I wish the kids working had asked "anything you might have forgot on the app", like all the choices! I blame first time we'd used the app and not have paper coupons. Oh well, I'm full!

Just an overall bad representation for Subway. Subway should probably intervene here or pull the franchise from the owner. They never seem to be able to keep help, the workers are always young adults or children trying to run a business for the owner and never sure of what they are doing. Last night I ordered 1-#3 and 1-#7 when I walked in one of the workers was drinking something from a bottle behind the counter where they make the subs, I thought this was against health code but maybe not. I was told they almost had my mobile order done in the back. Why it wasn't being done out in front who knows, they brought out 3 sandwiches and told me the 4th was still being made. I explained I only ordered 2 sandwiches and showed them my order on my phone. He pulled one sandwich out of the bag and said here you go. I asked what sandwiches are in the bag? He began pulling the sandwiches apart at the cash register looking at the inside of the bread, I asked whats in the sandwich, he said he couldn't tell but looked at the receipt and said "oh it's this one" and then looked at the other one and said " this is this one" and wrapped them both back up and put them in the back. I reminded him I also had 2 cookies and 2 chips with my order. I told him if he made the 3rd sandwich by accident I would go ahead and buy it so I had a sandwich for my lunch the next day and he said "no that's ok" I thought well your in the business to sell sub sandwiches and if you don't want to sell me an extra one at regular price there loss right. When I got I home I don't think I got a #3 and #7 they were both the same and covered in some kind of orange dressing so much I couldn't see any of the veggies or meat. I did eat one half of the foot long very sloppily (if that a word) and threw the other half away. This not my first bad encounter with this location a few times I went through the drive through and ordered double meat and paid for double meat just to get home and discovered I didn't get double meat. The staff is trying real hard to be professional and provide good customer service, they just don't seem to have the proper training needed to do the job needed. There was no adult managerial supervision last night and I suspect that is the normal SOP. Sad, Shelbyville seems to have this type of problems in a lot of the restaurants that hire young adults. A sixteen year old business maturity is not the same as a 25-30 year old adults business maturity and should always be supervised by an adult that can be held accountable and be responsible for the quality of product and the health safety of that product.

I have been there a few times recently, and I have gotten my order wrong probably 3 times. This time we got our sandwich and it had (from the looks) chicken salad. So we drive back up to subway to get the sun right because we had asked for turkey. Well the lady who took my order (no name but hostID 623-468-8417316) was so freaking rude in the drive thru no matter how nice I TRIED to be. I asked for Swiss on my wrap to be told "we don't have Swiss" aggressively & with a attitude. She was the same person who came out to fix the order. Everyone else was nice and said "this was a drive thru mess up, the receipt was right. It says turkey, but it has like chicken salad on it maybe?" The girl proceeds to say "well that's wrong we don't even have chicken salad!!" I'm not sure why she was being so disgustingly rude, but my partner tells her "well it's not turkey you can open it up and look"And she does. Goes to say "well that's tuna salad" It doesn't matter what it was, it was wrong. And she didn't even do anything wrong, she RUNG IT IN RIGHT? We weren't even upset with HER? HORRIBLE Customer service from her. I have not dealt with this bad of customer service in a long time. Ref#004922996323

Hit and miss. Last week was pretty good, but today disappointing. Good with sandwiches, but about today ... I wanted to eat lighter, so I ordered a chicken bacon ranch prepared as a salad. About a month ago, they did this great; this time it only covered the bottom of the container, amounting to a noticeably smaller portion. I wanted more crackers (last time I asked for a couple more and the guy gladly got them for me), but this window employee left quickly and didn't return for a while and I had to leave. Pretty small salad for $7. What happened? It'll be a while before I go back.

I always have problems here but tonight was the last straw. I asked for Italian bread, she pulls out two dark loaves and I ask if they are whole grain because I can literally see it is, and she say no. whatever they already cut the bread. I ask for a side of sweet onion sauce not the sweet teriyaki and I got the teriyaki sauce. I went in a whole hour before they closed so I assumed they'd have the bread I asked for. Idk maybe she was new but regardless I'm not taking a chance at wasting $25 again.

The past several times I've visited the service has been exceptionally slow. While eating here today, they told the people in line that they would need to wait 10 minutes before they could take their order because they were running behind. They then sent out our feel one item item at time, without the fries we ordered. Food is good, but service leaves much to be desired. Also spent $51 for a family of five to eat sandwiches and fries. Yikes.
