Subito is a quick lunch spot located downtown. The hours are 10 AM - 3 PM M-F which is tough, but wow if you get the chance go. The revelo sandwich with pork shoulder on sourdough is amazing. The bread is fresh and the pork shoulder is so tasty it almost doesn't need sauce. The tortilla soup and coleslaw are good, but the sandwich is the highlight. Would highly recommend Subito if you are ever in the area. Likely can't miss with any of the sandwiches but definitely try the revelo first.

Busy week ahead, so stopped at Subito for quarts of soup and sandwiches. (Okay, there were also cookies and bread involved - could not resist their in-house baked goods!) They had cornbread that day (only offered certain days) to pair up with the ham & beans. We grabbed 4 hot soups and one from their frozen stash. They have a monthly menu on their site and the online ordering is updated mid-morning with the day's available soups. They had everything ready when I arrived and boxed it all up for easier carrying. The mac and cheese surprised me. I tried one taste and the finished it off (oops). Comfort food! Half the club wrap disappeared during the ride home, so picture doesn't show the whole wrap. Took away one star for the broccoli soup, which was very watery. Will have to doctor it up before we eat that one.

I cannot believe I have worked downtown for as long as I have and never knew of this place. I found it on an IG posting and decided to give it a try. It is just a small hole-in-the-wall place, but they are expanding. I ordered the Dip, which is roast beef on a ciabatta roll with chips. The sandwich was amazing, I will say it was a little pricy for the size, but DAMN, it was good. Like, I'm thinking about going back today for another. The service was quick, but expect to stand in line as it is busy.

Visited Subito in The Amp, I tried the White Bean Pork Chile and the Revelo sandwich, my husband got The dip sandwich. Out of everything I liked the soup the best. We didn't care for The Dip it had an odd flavor. The Revelo was ok, it's not something I would order again. The reviews had these two sandwiches as the most popular, but neither were great in our opinion. I would come back and try more soup. Not sure if they do a soup flight but I will ask the next time

Jan 17 will be on FoodNetwork, with Guy Fierri! Great people and really good soups. The Lobster Bisque is amazing.Really good rolls and cookies, too! Come enjoy!

Talk about an incredible lunch delivery. I'm still thinking about my breakfast frittata sandwich filled with veggies and fresh mozzarella. It was such a perfect combination of ingredients and arrived warm. I also tried the vegan vegetable soup and the chicken velvet soup. I love that they offer small cup options so you can try more than one without going crazy. The food arrived just a few moments behind schedule, but everything was hot and neatly packaged. I can't wait to add this to my ongoing List of lunch options. The menu is easily labeled for dietary restrictions and they serve several soup, salad, and sandwich offerings to keep things fresh with each order. I also hear that they offer catering.

Subito has been a lunch spot I wanted to try out and finally did during one of my hot girl walks. Stopped in on a weekday where there was a solid crowd of office workers waiting to put in their orders. I decided to go and get a half soup and sandwich this day. I got the chicken pot pie and it was delicious. I especially like how we got these puff pastry pieces that were reminiscent of pie tops. The Cuban was yummy as well with the pulled pork and mustard. A great lunch spot and so glad to be close to it!

Stopped at the amp food hall as I have Celiac need to be a little choosier than most, and my partner can eat anything. I was walking around, trying to decide what to eat when the friendly staff engaged me in conversation and offered to let me taste the soup. I had a sample of the Greek lemon chicken rice and was sold. It was so comforting on a cold day, and the seasoning was spot on Gentleman that helped me was super friendly. They do have gluten-free bread that they get from a local company named native. But all of the other bread products they say they bake house. I will be going back. They have their menu marked for gluten-free, dairy, free, vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian. Great food, great people, great service. Can't be beat.
