GOOD: Janet, Sue, Lizbeth and Jose were the only nice and efficient employees at this location. We stayed for 2.5 months at this location. John the manager was unprofessional. He entered my room without proper identification and gave me no reason why or what he was checking. He eventually stopped after my husband inquired his reason. There are a lot of broken things and I have seen the manager walking by them and not fixing them. One of the cleaning ladies had a terrible attitude and even tried to give me a used toilet paper roll. Unbelievable. Fire alarm went off three times during our stay. Twice in the middle of the night.

Would not recommend staying , wasn't clean at all had to wear shoes my socks where covered in hair.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Filthy and unkept. Please don't stay here.

If there was a way to choose zero stars I would've . Just stayed and if it wasn't for what I went through with DELTA, to get to Indiana. , I would've chose a new place to stay the moment I arrived . This place needs to close down and remodel totally . The back door offered after you park almost broke my nails to get it open , and it slams like an small explosion is happening each time . It looked as though people actually live there , I was creeped out . The tub had a spot in it that bowed as you stepped like you were going to fall through the tub , which has a mat this so old it has black crud that is unable to be removed all around it . Towel cabinet Velia the sign is broken ,cabinet for toiletries looked like it is from the Brady bunch bathroom . The bed was smallest queen I ever saw , the furniture is something from a thrift store . It's 2024 yet this place is still in business , somehow . Housekeeping said you get no service while checked in and handed me toweks while I was dressed and on. Y way out , had to turn around back to my room . I deserve a full refund I have pics

Rooms were suppose to be non-smoking but smelled of cigarette smoke. it was evident others staying here were actively smoking cigarettes and marijuana in their rooms. i killed a roach in my room and others staying received bed bug bites. the curtains in my room were stained and had what appeared to be, dried blood on them. many in our group were compelled to walk to the neighboring Wal-mart to purchase our own bedding (sheets/blankets) to sleep on due to the condition of the room. If you are hunting a cheap place to stay this is it. Comes with critters for company and bites to remember your stay.

Booked for one night stay after a concert since I thought the price was reasonable. However, BUYER BEWARE! When you show up to check in, you have to pay $150.00 deposit. If you pay by cash, you can get a money voucher when you check out, IF your room has been checked by staff and approved. If you pay by card, you are refunded after a few days. To get your room approved to get your deposit back, you have to make sure the kitchenette is clean AND take out your own trash. This is completely ridiculous.

This place charged a $150 deposit but there is no mention of such a charge anywhere on their website or during the booking process. The rooms smelled like cigarettes, the ice machine was filthy and the man working the desk did not know what he was doing. His English was very poor and he kept trying to charge us for different dates than the ones we had reserved.

The only reason this gets 2 stars is because you get what you pay for, the rooms are not clean and some of the rooms smell like cigarettes but it is quiet, the bed is ok and it is in a safe area if you're staying the night and you feel like rolling the dice on getting a room that smells like cigarettes, go for it, but if you are staying longer than one night I recommend you don't stay here

Do not stay here unless you like roaches, the smell of cigarettes and pot, and broken doors. I booked for a weekend and didn't stay long enough to see if my car was going too be broken into. The place is super shady. I do not recommend. I will say that when we went back to the locked lobby, they had to buzz us into, they gave us all our money back.

We stayed back in December of 2022, room was fair not cleaned well especially with all the COVID hype. Everything looked old and dreary. They were still not serving a grab and go breakfast noticed on their website. Which would have been perfect for our busy schedule. The coffee served to the rooms in packets had only fake sugar available in it. Price was fair though, for us to be as close to Indy and shopping. Staff was rude and most walked around with sour looks all the time. Most seemed to not even be able to speak English. Never greeting us or even acknowledging us when passing them in the hallways. We had to turn our own towels and sheets in at their laundry room door. We looked up their rules which stated that over night guest get their rooms cleaned daily. We were there 3 weeks and didn't see anyone our entire stay. A note was passed out from the Manager John Webber, about where guest with dogs were supposed to be taken, so they could relieve themselves. Yet, we viewed John (manager) with his dog on several occasions letting his dog relieve it's self over by a grill that people use to cook and eat off of. Where I believe the message to the residents was to have them go over by the old satellite. Which I might add is a true eye sore. Heard several dog owners complain about the dog doo everywhere, and that if they had dog bags maybe the problem wouldn't be as bad as it was. However, the manager does not seem to be doing his part to be an example to others. We are just saying do your research before committing to this place. This do as I say not as I do world is getting out of hand.
