This is THE place in Indy for wine & spirits! For a small shop, they have an amazing selection. Tastings are very reasonably priced, so you can figure out your favorites before committing to a bottle. Wine tasting options change up frequently, so there's always something new to try. The staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. It's a must-visit spot in downtown Indy!

An absolute gem in the middle of Indianapolis!This place has amazing tastings and the owners have amazing knowledge. The owners know a lot about spirits and wine, and Simon in particular is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to a wide variety of different drinks. I tried some whiskey from Indiana, Japan, and Wales, as well as some other spirits, and enjoyed the entire experience. Importantly, much of what they have isn't things you'd find at your local Total Wine. It's well-curated and interesting!Storied Company is primarily about trying toward buying, and they have most of what they have for tasting for sale as well. If you're in Indy and want a really awesome experience, you should absolutely go to Storied Company.

This place is amazing. If you are a fan of wine and spirits you have to come here. So different than what you can get at the big box stores. Unique hand picked inventory and top notch service. It is a must stop when I am in Indy!

Great place with Great tastings!Swing by and see what it's about for yourself... traffic down there should only get better!Owners were super friendly and poured plenty of tastings. Tastings are 10$ and you get to pick their brain. Can't beat it!Ton of scotch, good chunk of bourbons and some other misc surprises!

Absolutely love this place! If you want to try different types of wines or spirits, this is the place in Indy to go! Denis and Simon are so knowledgeable about what they have to offer. Make sure to get on their email list, so you can sign up and do one of their special tastings. I went to their gin tasting and wow! What a collection of interesting gins! Indianapolis is very lucky to have this place!

This place is a true gem. The owners are extremely knowledgeable about wine and variety of spirits, and share their knowledge of handpicked, small operation hard to find bottles. It's 10 dollars for 5 tastes of either spirits, wine or combination. Spirits are u pick while wines are pre picked based on rotating selection. Bottles range from 35 dollars to 200+ for spirits and many of the bottles available to taste are 100+ which is a fantastic way to sample something before committing to high price point as well as chance to expand palate. The space has limited hours on Thurs thru Sat 10-430 which can be a bit difficult to make, however, totally worth going. Nothing like it in indianapolis. Tastings are limited to just one 5 taste tasting per visit as their main objective is selling bottles retail in store. Fantastic place for gifts or adding unique bottles for the home bar collection.

Dennis and Simon are some of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I've met. Storied Company has an incredible selection of wine, scotch, and other liquors from lesser known producers from all over the world.

Tastings here are great. They have exceptional and selective wines and spirits that we have really enjoyed. A little dangerous for me.

Storied Company is the wine and spirits retailer you always wanted. They provide a highly curated selection of whiskey, spirits and wine. The owner, Denis Lynch, is one of the preeminent and most respected whiskey buyers in the Midwest. A native of Co. Cork, Ireland, he was born with the gift of gab and is a font of interesting stories and information. He has been my "go-to" guy for high-end whiskey for years and years. Similarly, their resident Englishman, Simon O'Grady, is a deeply knowledgable expert and guide in all things wine. If you are looking for a more intimate and knowledgeable learning and purchasing experience for whiskey, spirits and wine, I highly recommend Storied Company.
