Stone Creek Zionsville

I've been coming to Stone Creek since it opened more than 20 years ago. The food and service are consistently delicious and the restaurant is beautiful inside, filled with art. I received an email from Cunningham Group yesterday, who owns a series of restaurants, inviting me to come for a birthday desert. Who could turn down that offer? We made reservations. We arrived and sat at their beautiful bar. I had a Goose martini that was cold and delicious. I had the Shrimp & Linguine, which arrived hot with lots of Parmesan cheese. The shrimp were large and cooked perfectly. The sauce is a wonderful blend of spices and garlic. The asparagus was super fresh and tender. I ate every morsel. My husband had the Spicy Chicago Beef Sandwich with Parmesan fries. The sandwich is huge on a hoagie roll stacked with a generous portion of spicy beef. He devoured the entire meal. The complimentary bread comes with the best tomato infused dipping oil, that keeps me coming back. The bread is hot and fresh. True to the email, I was offered any desert on the menu and chose the Cream Brûlée, which is amazing. Creamy, smooth with a dollop of real whipped cream. John, the bartender was attentive and had our orders in quickly. John went above and beyond to make my birthday special. I've trusted Stone Creek for most of our family celebrations and even hosted work events in their private room upstairs. Monday-Friday, they offer Happy Hour specials and have an Early Bird menu. Make reservations if you're coming peak hours. There's plenty of parking and everything is handicapped accessible.

While in town for work, my group put me in charge of finding our dinner option. This place had excellent reviews, so we decided to check it out. Our server was Carlos, and he was excellent. He really took the time to answer our group's questions. I had the sirloin steak, and it was excellent. It comes with baked potato and asparagus. It was a little oily, so that would be my only criticism. Also pictured is the house bread. It has sundried tomatoes (unfortunately, I am unable to eat, but the group said it was tasty). Carrot cake (3 of my colleagues ended up splitting because of the size!) They said it was really tasty. The restaurant looks dark on the outside, but they are open! Friendly service, I would recommend if in the area!

Stone Creek is a nice, upscale restaurant good for fancy date night or celebration. The environment is very dim and romantic. The service is typically good, even when it's busy. When you come in you receive bread and an oil to dip it in. We also got the mojo pork bellies for a starter, which were amazing. The most recent time I came here, I got the filet scampi with came with mashed potatoes and broccolini on top of a scampi sauce. My boyfriend ordered the scallop risotto. The scallops were amazing, although there were only 3 on the plate, and the risotto was very rich and had a strong Parmesan flavor. We tried the strawberry cheesecake and the bread pudding. Both of which were good. Definitely recommend, just know that you will pay a pretty penny when you come.

Been here several times - seems to have declined, food isn't as good as it once way - would like to see a menu update with additional vegetarian options - not saying it's bad and if you haven't been here, you might as well give it a try could become your new favorite restaurant as my daughter loves it.

Was here not long ago with some colleagues. I know the Yelp community bragged it up so we had to give it a try. I was not disappointed with the appetizers or the main entrées. We ordered something different and they also had a great dessert menu after all the food didn't need the dessert anytime you got ice cream I'm in. I would definitely come back next time. I'm in town.

When we walked in there was a very unpleasant smell in the entrance. Unfortunately not a great start to a first time visit. Many male staff kept going into the restroom as we waited for our table, so it's quite possible there was a problem that was beyond their ability to help rid of. The decor was classy and our waitress was excellent and friendly.The fresh bread was delicious.The main entree food quality was disappointing, for the price point. I got the surf and turf which was on special. We both agreed we have bought better steaks from our grocer.I did enjoy my strawberry honey mock tail very much and was glad to see three different mock tails offered. Hopefully the mock tail menu can expand as more restaurants realize that people are starting to enjoy them!At the price range this establishment is, we probably will not be returning as there are other steak venues which we enjoy more who also have better pricing.

Good food and ambience for an afternoon lunch. Was in the area and decided to try this place for the first time. Really enjoyed this place and if ever in the area, I would attend again.

The food was pretty mid. Some overcooked and burnt things. Flavorless and imbalance on some. It was a very average tasting experience.The service was wonderful! Great server attitude and job done.Ambiance is what you'd expect of a traditional, American steakhouse. Dark, dimly lit, and boring decor.

Quick service, the cocktails are well done. To be fair one I just didn't like but that was on me for trying something new...drink was fine it was me. I sent it back and fully offered to pay but they removed it from the bill. 100% I was not expecting that and quite frankly felt bad. Ambiance of the place was nice and welcome as well.
