Truly the best photo shop! I am from Florida and was here for a funeral. They were super accommodating, made this so easy, printed a specific size we needed more quickly than we could've hoped for. Their product selection is outstanding, their quality is exceptional and our various family members are ordering additional prints and canvas products. We trust them with our antique photos, some nearly 100 years old. They are a first class business and we are fans for life. I am in the marketing business and work with many shops like this...I wish I could replicate this shop and its team in Florida. I highly recommend Star Photo and thank them for their expertise and care.

So I needed some film developed and I looked on Yelp and found this company near where my grandchild lives. So I went and I dropped off 32 rolls of film that needed developed. Yes I said 32! I actually had 33 rolls but there was one that they could not develop, an old disc from a disc camera. I was immediately greeted as I walked in and he told me my options for getting them developed and also what the cost would be. The shop is a very nice shop and has many examples of their work inside. They also have a shop dog and he is very friendly he will also let you know he has treats down on the end of the counter :) When I went to pick up my photos they were very nicely packaged in their envelopes and all of the envelopes were in boxes. I also dropped off 140 slides to have them printed. When I picked up the slides they were also nicely packaged and I had a disc of them and a couple of boxes that contained all of the prints.I am very happy with the service provided and will look to them in the near future to build an album of some old pictures.

I had them digitize two old and large family portraits. They did a great job and had a good turn-around time. I'm the person in my family that has worked hard to digitize negatives and prints... trust me, it's much better to pay someone to do the work for you. I used a service in Carmel and glad I found Star when I came to Anderson. When I get around to my next batch of scans, I'll definitely be using them.

Star Photo is one of those rare businesses that offers 1st class quality and a, "No problem!," approach to all requests. I, personally, and our community citizen service organization, have given all of our photo processing work to Star Photo for years and have never once been disappointed. Their prices are more than competitive and their quality/customer service is the best of the best!

Will not use this place again. Payed twice what we were quoted. It took Double the time we were quoted. the person that took our order left for a week and didn't have anyone take over. Just all around wasn't impressed. Dion the guy that handled it at checkout was very nice but still just not happy about the whole process

OVER THE TOP OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!Where do I start with Chuck Rossen? He was the best communicator of the bunch for our daughter's wedding. He called several times and he delivered in spades. He was very clear in what we needed to do and obtain to have a very special photo booth. Since Covid, Chuck recommends that people provide their own props and we did. Our daughter and son-in-law were both military and we had all of those props and other fun ones, including a background that cost us $15 on Amazon. Chuck's photography and strips were great. People had SO MUCH FUN. Indianapolis people: DO NOT HESITATE to hire this guy from Anderson. I found him and I will recommend him to everyone I know! If his outstanding customer service wasn't enough, we came home from a week of being away to a CUSTOMIZED book with all of the strips taken and a customized card and thank you note. This is coffee table worthy. I will absolutely use him again in organizations I am involved in.

I had an important photobook project due within 1 week. I decided I needed to go somewhere with people who might be able to help me. I am so glad I went to Star Photo Digital Arts. They spent extra time to make sure my project turned out great. I also got my project a day early. I will definitely be using Star Photo Digital Arts for all my photo needs.

Awesome people (and the dog is cute too)I took my 5x7 1966 wedding photo there to have it restored and enlarged. I'm sitting here looking at my new 8x10 photo of our wedding day and it looks like it could have been taken yesterday. 5 stars are not enough -10 -20-30 stars needed. Very happy customer.
