Overall, I enjoyed my experience living at Stadium lofts. Here are my overall highlights:Pros: I love how efficient it is to pay rent through their online portal. I also love that they offered a free workout class every week to residents! It is very cool to be able to hang out on the baseball field during the summer nights and play frisbee. When living here, I appreciated the outdoor living spaces, grills, and free parking. Cons: There are loud college students everywhere. You will hear frat boys blaring their music. You will also see the college kids taking over the patios on the weekend. One time, I forgot to lock my door and some boys opened the door to my apartment (so scary). I think this place is okay to live if you are a young adult or still in college--but not if you are looking for a restful retreat.

Pros: Good location & SceneryCons: Horrible paper thin walls you can literally hear your neighbors phone ring along with any other conversation which lead to multiple unfair noise complaints as well. along with inconvenient rent payment system which resulted in numerous late fees & extras. Also when moving to another place the staff basically will tell all the negative things to your new place of residence down to noise complaints & or late rent payments which I would consider a breach of privacy and also cause me to be denied the house we wanted to rent! Lack of windows in our unit literally none visible! I would not recommend Stadium Lofts at all to anyone there is no elevator, the buzz in system for guest never works, the gated parking is horrible no to mention guests being towed multiple times within minutes of parking unknowingly of no signs indicating visitors parking. Theft of packages due to almost no security and mediocre surveillance systems as well, we had a package stolen by another resident while we were on vacation, they were helpful but had to escalate to authorities myself tp retrieve it.

I've lived here for 3 years and up until recently the staff is terrible. Recently had some apartment bug issues. They basically told my roommate and I it was our problem because we were bringing the bugs in. They didn't offer any help from their own pest control company and left me to get bitten to death. There's zero parking for visitors and the gates never, ever work. They overcharge you for trash, water and only provide one parking pass?? As if a two bedroom apartment is going to share parking. Thin walls and apparently dogs are allowed now and poop is everywhere. Also a lot of weed smell and nothing has been done as usual. Pretty disappointed and will be moving out when the lease is up.

Buyer's remorse with this place. Concept is great - hidden fees, management communication, not so great. I toured the lofts and loved the vibe and the amenities. Put my name on a wait list ($50 per person) to hopefully be placed in an apartment (no guarantee that'll you get the one you want). Luckily, one space did open up shortly after applying. Great news! Experience went downhill from there. Not only was I told to place a $400 deposit down before my application was processed, but I had to call multiple times to get answers to simple questions (lease term, is the deposit refundable (yes)). With all of the back and forth, we got cold feet and decided to make a big move to buy a house. When I then politely asked for the refundable deposit back, found out it's actually NOT refundable. Even though I had not yet signed any lease paperwork. Shocker. I could go on. But the single star above should tells it all.

I've lived here for 6 months and have had small issues (drains clogged, door handle falling off, and leaks when it rains). They've fixed them in a reasonable time frame for the most part.I love my view of the baseball field! The apartment itself has everything you've need and for the price you can't beat it! However there are some major annoying things that have caused people I know lived here to not resign and move.1- there aren't enough entrance options, specially for the apartments that are in the middle. It's really inconvenient when you have groceries 2- there are no elevators, you'd figured with a new building there would be some! Especially with how but this place is.3- and the worst of all is the quality! The walls are PAPER THIN! You can literally hear anything your neighbor is doing from going to the bathroom to hearing his television shows. If you can live with these things then go ahead but I'd rather spend a couple hundred more to not be able to listen to what my neighbors are doing.

Absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by Lindsey during my recent tour! From the moment I arrived, her professionalism was evident but her personality and smile was contagious. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm for the property made the tour not only informative but enjoyable. Lindsey went above and beyond to answer all my questions, providing insights that only someone deeply familiar with the property could offer. If you're searching for a property manager who genuinely cares about your needs and delivers outstanding service, look no further. I highly recommend Stadium lofts! Did I also mention that the property and the apartments are BREATH TAKING???!!

Terrible management customer service skills, and it is not very respectful towards your private space towards the last phase of rental. Do not rent!!!

The good: It's a baseball field! You can't ask for a more unique "yard". Also, one of the very few complexes in Indy that offers actual loft units; if that's something you're looking for, your options are VERY limited, and this is one of them. Tall ceilings, very cool layout of the units themselves. Some are HUGE.Close proximity to downtown, a longer walk than you'd prefer, but a short drive/bike/Bird/Uber trip.Reasonably priced; comparable for the area. Online payment portal. Decent gym and separate workout area. The bad: Core Redevelopment knows their demographic, and it's college kids. There's a decent chance your neighbors will be loud, and you'll smell a lot of weed. Furnishings are cheaply made; again, they're not catering to the super sophisticated. The infield is paved, so you won't be playing any ACTUAL baseball on the field, but you probably shouldn't around neighboring apartments anyway. They do have disc golf and volleyball set up out there....they WANT you to use the area, they just don't want you playing baseball. That's fair. Also, there's NOTHING in the immediate neighborhood. Lots of things are closeby, but you're not walking to anything. The rest: Other reviews complain about thin walls, but I think this is a product of the tenants more than the infrastructure. I've set music to be louder than I consider to be acceptable, and I couldn't hear it at all from the hallway or from neighboring apartments. When I do hear sounds from someone else in the complex, they've got the volume (what I would consider to be) unreasonably high. It's not the walls, it's the people. And I personally think it's less of an issue in the studio loft units than the 2-bedrooms, where people are more densely packed together. I don't hear any neighbors, ever.Officially, no dogs are allowed, but there's a LOT of them here. It doesn't bother me, I love dogs, but just something that might surprise you. Management is very nice and communicate effectively. They can't do a lot for you in the case of a conflict, but at least they're nice about it. There is a phone-app-based system for entry which I personally don't like very much, but I get why it's appealing. In the end, it's a cool place at a decent price, close to downtown. It's a little polarizing...not ideal for everyone, but if you're a student, love loft layouts, or really appreciate living on a baseball field, I'd recommend it.

This place is awful. The walls are so thin, you can hear when someone farts. It's not insulated at all, and your apartment gets cold quickly in the winter. There are crack in the huge windows that bring in the chilly winter air. Also, I have neighbors above me that can be grizzly bears for all I know. They stomp their feet so loud, jump, and like to move furniture around in the middle of the night. The people in the office are terribly rude. They act so high and mighty for having such a sad job. They will seriously give you so much sass.

During the last month of your lease, the office has the right to let strangers into your apartment to tour the property. Not a secure or safe area and isn't that cheap. Do not recommend.
