Sophie's Ice Cream

Don't waste your time or money. If you enjoy being treated like garbage by people, then this is the place for you. The ice cream is pretty good. But there are better places to get it from. After my most recent visit, I won't be returning.

I got the Heath Razzle and my boyfriend got the cherry shake. We loved them so much we traded on and off . We got smalls and they were the perfect amount. Not too skimpy either and not so much you feel sick. I definitely could have saved half of it in the freezer but it was too good to save. Service was okay, the ladies were nice. Only complaint is that my boyfriend wanted a banana shake and they were out of that flavor. But it was also the first super nice day this year and they were packed so I can understand not being totally prepared.

I have no clue what the other reviewer is saying. My wife and I have traveled all over the U.S. and abroad taking in excellent ice cream shops of high magnitude. Sophie's is an easy, typical, no-thrill ice cream stand that has decent selections and incredibly cheap prices. The best around for Gas City and Marion! Highly recommended this pretentious free delight!

Service is very bad,it's slow ,they mess up orders, and they are overpriced.it is not just one bad day it is all the time.I can not rember seeing an adult inside it's always High School kids.They realy need to get organised.and try to be more competitive on prices.I have lived in the Grant County area for over 50 years and this is probly the worst managed buisness I have delt with.

Ok ice cream, but overpriced for the quality. The service isn't slow but it's not fast either.

Waited in line for 25min and they didn't serve a single person in line, they only serve the drive through. Don't try walking up to the window

Love the variety of hard dip ice creams and toppings they offer! Customize any Razzle too! Plus the creativity on the colossal sundae and the size is awesome!! The workers are amazing at their speed and service whether you walk up or do the drive thru! The pup cup too the dogs enjoy!!
