I've now been here three times and loved LOVED the food each time. Service is friendly and fast as well. Whatever Bundt cake they are offering, GET IT. Green beans - for the love of all that is holy, order them. The meats? Great, but I swear the green beans and Bundt cakes are better. I could make just those my meal. My only wish is that they move away from Styrofoam and plasticware. I'm not sure if this is done to save costs, avoid having to hire a dishwasher, or because of their high volume carry out, but it makes me sad every time my food arrives with a flimsy plastic fork and my green beans and mac and cheese in their little indestructible landfill-filling Styrofoam dishes.

So let's preface this by saying I'm from Memphis so I know a thing or two about BBQ. I was quite impressed with this place, they definitely did a great job on their bbq. The greens had a great smoky flavor. Big Ern's spicy slaw had a nice kick from the jalapeños. It's a vinegar based slaw. The pulled pork and pulled chicken were both flavorful. They have three sauces, "Hot", "Not", and "Yella". Yellow is a mustard based sauce. I liked it the best followed by Not then Hot. hot just didn't do it for me.

This was a good lunch overall. My mom and brother had the brisket sandwich. I made my own version of a sides plate. My favorite was the baked beans, they had a good bbq flavor. I also liked the spicy version of the bbq sauce. The yella version was good, just a lot more sweet than spicy. The cornbread did come out with honey (?) drizzled over it already, I would've just preferred that on the side but I didn't know before I ordered. The restaurant was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The service was quick and friendly. The food came out piping hot.

The wife and I meant two other friends there for dinner we arrived at 5:30 and the place was pretty full but we were promptly seated. It's a very cozy and uniquely decorated place in a outdoor western type atmosphere. My wife and I split the pulled chicken and brisket That comes with two sides and cottage fries. My wife had the green beans and I had the baked beans. We also had ordered an appetizer that was a stuffed pork eggroll thing, everyone liked it. I thought it was just OK, but dipping sauce was delicious. Our friends split the ribs and brisket. They had a North Carolina coleslaw and greens for their sides. One of them had never been here and she said it was the best barbecue she had ever eaten and I have to agree. we will definitely be going back because the food is delicious. In fact the dinner we split we couldn't even eat it all and we had to take a lot of it home. One thing I would like to note the service was excellent. They serve breakfast. The breakfast menu look delicious so we'll have to go back and try that. I highly recommend smoking crew barbecue and Moorseville. Oh one more thing they do not serve alcohol, beer, or wine.

Smok'n Crew BBQ is off the beaten path and located in a small strip center within a residential area in Mooresville. It's not hard to find; just use your Google Map. A small parking lot, with handicapped parking, is located in front of the restaurant on a small incline.The interior is warm and cozy with lots of light wood and oodles of natural lighting, adorable light fixtures, and creative country decor. Seating consists of many 4-top tables and what appears as 3 high-top communal tables located in front of the large windows. My husband's overall comment was, "This would be my favorite BBQ restaurant if they just served beer." He loves a cold draft beer with his BBQ. Pepsi products are served along with lemonade, sweet and unsweetened tea, and coffee.The food is delicious with three amazing sauces to compliment the meats. The meats are tender and full-flavored with a nice selection of sides you would expect from a quality BBQ restaurant. My husband had the tender smoked brisket ($18.50) served with waffle fries and 2 sides (his choice was baked beans).I ordered the 2 Meat Platter ($17.50) with Pulled Pork and Pulled Chicken served with waffle fries and 2 sides. I opted for green beans instead of fries with mixed greens and mac n' cheese. The spongy, sweet jalapeno, mini cornbread loaf was a must try for me, and it did not disappoint. Dessert was an easy decision for me, and I opted for the warm, butter toffee bundt cake ($8). The small bundt cake was moist and scrumptious. It was a perfect ending to a relaxing lunch with my husband. Close to a month ago, Smok'n Crew began serving breakfast daily from 6a.m. to 10a.m. and until noon on Saturdays. Our professional and attentive server, Abby, said breakfast is fairly quiet during the week but extremely busy on Saturdays. The menu offers all the standard breakfast selections of omelets, burritos, biscuits and gravy, corned beef hash, and pancakes with a couple of specialties. The Breakfast Mag 7 platter ($19.50) is meant for someone with an extremely large appetite with 7 breakfast foods.Abby was an efficient, knowledgeable, and attentive individual. She allowed us time to browse the menu, water was refilled, food arrived hot, and quickly and used dishes were removed promptly. She checked on us several times without being annoying. Our check and to-go boxes arrived at the right time as well.We had a wonderful lunch with delicious food and excellent service. We will return and most likely bring friends.

We've been hearing about this place for quit sometime now. We were passing thur and thought, let's see what all the fuss is about. Very nice, clean, friendly establishment. The food was delicious, especially the spicey coleslaw. I was shocked when I walked in and saw such a well decorated theme BBS p[lace this far north and in a small strip mall no less. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I absoultye loved the stomosphere. The Brisket Dish along with baked beans and Jalapeño Corn bread incredible. Start off with the Corn bites and pull pork fires , which are topped with shredded pork and cheese. For dessert we have the Butter Toffee Cake, This was great dinning experience and we definitely recommend giving them a try, we're definitely going back!!
