An extremely friendly Chinese man who barely speaks English, beautiful and rich ethnic decor, reasonable prices, and absolutely delicious food. Everything you want in a Chinese place. I got the General Tso's - sauce was slathered all over and was incredibly savory and sweet, the chicken almost melted in my mouth and there was a very generous helping. $20 basically got me two meals and I'm a 200 pound white man who just got off his blue collar job. Only my first time eating here but definitely coming back. Pic is my leftovers. I love you btw

Used to eat here often but stopped for reasons we can't remember. Ordered teriyaki chicken sticks, fried wontons, wonton soup and fried rice.Everything was hot and freshly made. Fried wontons are best in the area. Will eat here again.

Quiet. Dine-in available. Prepared timely. I think the lady at front could use some customer service soft skills. Maybe she was just having a rough day. The cook ended up taking my order (English is definitely his 2nd language). He was was super nice. I ordered dine-in but was still served with styrofoam; which I'm cool with side I would've ended up asking for a to-go container anyway. I guess the a/c is broken. They had a fan blowing in the dining area directly towards the tables. I don't how I feel about a dirty fan blowing on my food, but I it was hot outside and the woks can get pretty intense so I get it. The lunch combo is where the best deal is for what you're served. Great for quick bite to eat. No complaints about the food itself. I've ordered takeout from here a few times and I have never been disappointed.

Solid Chinese take out spot. I've had several different dishes, last night I went with the Szechuan chicken. A lot of food for the price! Could easily make it 2 meals (I mean I didn't but I eat a lot).

Well well well, what can I say. Sometimes a girl just needs to get her fill of Chinese food. This is a family owned business in a strip center in Broadripple adjacent to Broadripple High School. This is my favorite local Chinese restaurant for carry out. Due to Covid there isn't any dine in tables but the carry out is on point. Their hot and sour soup is great as well as the steamed dumpling. I have worked my way through the chicken. And veggie items on the menu and they are all great. Next time you need to get your Chinese food fix check it out!

In the strip center along with other nice lunch spots. This was my first time in and I am happy! Covid measures has them covering up the order window with plastic, but the dining area is open. It looks like most of the business here is carry out. I didn't call ahead and I didn't have to wait long. I could here him cooking everything as I was his only customer and he was alone too I think. The hot and sour soup is excellent! Lots of ingredients and a nice rich broth. My wife's favorite soup and they really do it up good. The crab ran-goons were on special today and they were devious. The fried vegetables and rice was really good too! Lots of options to explore next time, but I might just try the special of the day. Looks like they have one every day!

Last week we placed a larger order for lunch pickup. The gentleman answering the phone was very kind and accommodating. 11 combination meals. When I arrived to pick them up he was the only person working. Cooking, taking orders and answering the phone. All 11 meals were ready and correct. As I was leaving he even ran out from behind the counter to open the door for me even though it was obvious he was slammed. I will continue to show Side Wok some love! Thank you!

The food as always been hot but not consistent on quality. Last order they get from me though. I could barely chew through the sesame chicken. This couldn't be meat I'm chewing! I asked my husband should I take a pic of the meat that I tried to chew up and he said no so you were spared lol

I had read the service wasn't friendly at Side Wok, but I would like to argue the opposite. Family owned, this Chinese restaurant had extremely courteous service and satisfied our take out needs. I noticed there were a few regulars that came in while we were waiting and the server seemed to know them by name. Our food was made to order and took about 15 minutes. The Crab Rangoon were stuffed to the brim and extra crispy! They threw in free spring rolls, which was unexpected but welcomed! It was warm in the restaurant so we took our food to go. Overall, if you want some fairly priced take out- you can't go wrong with clever pun name and some Crab Rangoon.

Came to get some shrimp and pork fried dumplings and the cook grabbed some frozen dumplings from the freezer and put them in the microwave and then fried them yeah never again ‼‼ Thought they would be made fresh to order but nope straight from the freezer to the microwave then the grease!!!
