I started to enjoy this spot but my first St Paddy's let me with a real nasty taste. Si's is ok when it's empty but this was the first time I'd experienced it with people. Bartenders were slow and mocking the patrons who had to wait for drinks. It took me 45 minutes to buy a canned beer with cash. Meanwhile it seemed that if the bartenders knew who you were they'd find a way to let you cut the line completely. The experience felt like a scene right out of bar rescue, the bartenders costing the business a lot of money with their attitude and slow slow movement. Bartender 1 made some condescending remarks about me and told bartender 2 to handle. Bartender 2 tells me $4 and then proceeds to forget about me for a couple of minutes. I finally got her attention and said my order. She looked completely dead inside and incoherent to me asking for a "Budweiser". Not a way to run a business at all. Will not be returning.

I've been coming here for 7 years now. Never had a bad time! The service has always been good ! Very hospitable! The highlight is this place has some of the best wings EVER!!! So crunchy! So seasoned! Really don't even need any sauce or anything! Definitely go! Haven't had much else in the menu bc I only go when I have a craving for some wings.

Nice neighborhood bar. Decent pizza. Meghan is a great waitress. Awesome for Saint Patrick's Day

My friends and I hit this place last night nearing closing time. This was my first time here, but they frequent it. It wasn't real crowded, maybe a dozen or so people left throughout. They had a pretty large bar and we were waited on right away by a guy and a girl. It looked like they had a pretty good selection of beer and liquor. I went for the bottled Rolling Rock, which I don't see too often, so that was a plus that they had it.The other plus was that there is a pretty large patio deck out back where you can take your drinks and smoke to your heart's content. Pretty dark out there and slightly rickety furniture, but did the job. The inside is carpeted and has a really low ceiling. It sort of felt like being in a basement rec room. There was another large room with a dance floor. The DJ was wrapping things up, but was funny and friendly. I was too lit to remember what he was saying now, but he made us laugh. I was walked to the ladies' room as it seemed like a bit of a maze in the bar to me and I didn't want to get lost. The restroom had an oddly high counter at the sink, but looked to have been recently remodeled. The girl working the bar wasn't especially friendly, but I had lost all concept of time and I am sure she was just eager to close up and get home. She did let us know when it was last call and let us hang on the deck for quite awhile finishing our drinks. There was an exit on the patio that led right out into the parking lot. I do have to give them props on ample parking close by. Although I had fun, I wouldn't say this is one of my favorite bars, but it wasn't bad either. Not exactly my crowd, but on the plus side, definitely not a yuppie bar. All of the patrons I ran across were friendly though. It would be worth visiting again, maybe a bit earlier in the night. And it's not a bad place to grab a drink before three am rears her ugly head. Nothing fancy, but a decent neighborhood bar. More of a two to two and a half star experience, but I bumped it up to three because I did have a good time and they didn't throw us out right away.

Si's has it's cast of regulars, and it does the trick when it's late and/or you're looking to stop in and get your basic beer or drinks. The times we've gone, we've had the same bartender, and he is great! Very friendly and does a great job serving us. The place is almost divided into two rooms. One side is a bar and table and chairs, and the other side has a bar, pool tables, and they have a DJ. It can get kind of loud on the DJ side, and there's no trouble hearing the jams from the other room. We really like the popcorn there!

Free popcorn and they serve Black Acre Saucy Intruder on Tap. Bartenders are great and people are friendly. Great neighborhood bar!

I've only been here once after work (to meet a friend who lives nearby), and here's why:at 6pm it was disgustingly smokythere is like one local beer offered...in Indy this is a travestywhen I came in to meet my 2 friends, the bartender didn't even acknowledge meFor now, if I feel like getting a drink at a dive near home, I'll stick to the Butler Inn...where the smoke is just as thick but at least I'm not ignored and the drinks are slightly cheaper. It was decorated in little Irish flags and Colts stuff, and the table we occupied was so wobbly we nearly lost a beer. It's not unsafe and there is a parking lot out back, which is a plus.

Neighborhood pub on 10th street. Decent drinks, open late during the week. Be sure to walk around the back as the front doors aren't always unlocked. I have this place on my list to visit during my next Indy st. Patrick's day.

Have this place a second chance and it was great! The bartenders working were super nice and helpful, and the drinks were great!

Si is a wonderful person but I don't think he is aware he has the most rudest lazy slow unprofessional petty bartender that's makes the weakest drinks Megan. There are several several people who now go to the Mutt because of her. The last time I was in there she made horrible drinks again, 1/10 alcohol. So she was not tipped, so now she lies to management of course and tells us we are not allowed in. Tip for Megan - learn that a bartender is a nice human that works fast and makes good drinks and you might get tipped more.
