Shot Time Photo​booth

I booked Shot Time Photobooth for my daughter's Sweet 16 on 10/12/24. Response time after my initial inquiry was quick! We were able to select a design for her photo strips and customize the wording. Mr. Alcala was friendly and arrived promptly to set up for our event. I was disappointed by an issue with the equipment which caused the session to be cut short a half hour before the end of my 2 hour time slot (we could no longer take photos and many guests including myself were not able to get pictures). Mr. Alcala did rectify the issue at the time of the event which I appreciate.
