My husband and I have lived here for nearly a year and it has been the best rental experience we've had to date. Kellie, the property manager, is so wonderful and responsive! Additionally, the property boasts some amazing amenities such as a beautiful pool/sun deck, a well-kept laundry facility, a gym, and access to the Monon trail. We have loved every minute of living here!

I lived here for two years and just recently moved due to buying a house. The prices are reasonable for the area and you will not find a better apartment community anywhere. The pool is fantastic and the close monon access can't be beat. I loved living here. The buildings are a little older, but every maintenance concern was addressed in a timely manner. Plus they are pet friendly!

I've been living at Shore Acres for a little over a year now and love it! They have one bedroom and studio apartments for rent. The pricing is good and within my budget compared to most newer places popping up in the area. I love that there's a pool, washer/dryer in-unit, and that they are pet friendly! The part I love most is the location! It's a small little community far enough away from the main strip in Broad Ripple but still close enough. The other awesome perk is that there is a direct gated access to the Monon Trail! Maintenance is always timely and fix any issues. There hasn't been any issues with neighbors either. Plenty of parking, usually right in front of your apartment unless you get home late on a Sunday evening.

The staff here makes these apartments the best in Broad Ripple. They are friendly and quick to respond to any request. I feel like I'm in a much better place that Indianapolis being tucked away from big streets. The complex is right on the Monon and Marrot park which make it ideal for an active lifestyle, the views from the bridges less than a mile down the trail are worth it alone. If I had to nitpick one thing, it would be that the units are rather old. The local management does everything they can to accommodate but upper management does not seem to care that the windows are single pane, the doors are drafty, and the pipes need serious work! Nikki and Willie are amazing and make my life so easy. I can have a problem one night and just give Willie a heads up on my way off to work. Low a behold the problem is fixed before I even get home. You can't beat the staff here.

I've been living here since the summer, and it's been a great place so far.The location is convenient, just north of Broad Ripple. You are close to all of the excitement without having to hear any of it at night. Having the Monon trail right outside the complex is nice as well. Parking is in abundance, which is rare for an apartment complex. The apartments are a bit older, but have been renovated and are very nice. Rent is not cheap, but it is certainly fair for all of the value. Management cares about the community and always communicates well with any issues that arise.Overall, I would certainly recommend this complex to others who are looking for a one bedroom apartment in a secluded, yet convenient location.

I lived here for two years, and the only reason why I moved out was to live closer to my fiancee's workplace. Even though they are one-bedroom apartments, they are pretty big. Having a hallway separate the bedroom and living room/kitchen was very helpful, especially when guests stayed the night. The apartment also has large closet and bathoom area. My fiancee loved the pool and we both loved being right on the Monon. I'm going to miss the short walks to the Broadripple restaurants and walking the trails right behind the apartment.Management was great and helpful. Maintenance fixed any small problems I had in a timely manner and seemed to really care about the shape of the apartment.Overall, I definitely recommend Shore Acres. I'll miss living there!

I lived at Shore Acres for 2 years and just moved away a couple weeks ago due to upsizing to a house. I can without a doubt say I enjoyed every minute of living there. Had an upsize not been necessary, I certainly would have stayed.Location -- Absolutely perfect. The Monon was just outside the gate which enabled easy walking distance to the Broad Ripple strip.Staff -- Nikki is an absolutely wonderful manager. I've lived in half a dozen apartment complexes over the last 6 years, and Nikki is without a doubt as good as it gets. Always cheerful, always helpful, and it was obvious she really cares about Shore Acres.Property -- I can't overstate how well maintained the property is as a whole. Refreshed landscaping is done every summer. The stairs and sidewalks are salted before the morning every time there is ice in the winter (Seriously. On many an occasion there would be staff out salting the walkways and stairways at 11pm the night before heavy ice was expected). The pool was kept clean. The communal grills were kept clean. It was great.Community -- I didn't meet an unfriendly person the whole time I was there. In the summers you can expect to find groups of neighbors just hanging out outside after work, chatting away. It really gave you that friendly 'neighborhood'.All in all it was a fantastic experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to start my life after finishing college.Seeya around, Shore Acres!

Shore Acres has been the best apartment I've lived in ever since I'm moved to Indy. About a ten minute to walk on the trail to the strip in Broad Ripple which has been amazing for socializing. I love that the community is tucked back in the woods, so it never feels like you actually live in the city. The pool is amazing in the summer!!! I also love all of the brand new appliances provided when we moved in.
