Very mediocre. Did a catering order for a business lunch - the meats especially were blah, extremely dry and lacking flavor. The chicken was better than the pulled pork, which looked really unpleasant, sort of "frizzled" in appearance. To top it off - we were shorted on a pan of beans. It was hardly half full. Will be looking for another BBQ restaurant for our next event.

BBQ should be smelled in parking lot, No BBQ beautiful smells at all on parking. Food looked beautiful but was oddly sweet. Brisket should never be cut like deli meat. Pork was dry and chicken was dry and rest was lukewarm warm. Not great. Good customer service and nice presentation but food was C overall.

Great BBQ spot! So many meat options I asked the friendly cashier to help me decide what to order. Witty signs throughout the building. I was so focused on the menu special board I didn't see the hairy pig until we left.Green Chili Mac is a must have side! Burnt Ends were the best I've had in a long time. Corn "spoon" bread is good enough for dessert. Be prepared for left overs.

Great service friendly atmosphere, the pulled pork Sammie with pimento cheese and coleslaw is absolutely amazing! I look forward to trying more items from here!

This place was so great...such a gem to eat at. I'm really glad I tried it. You order at the window and they bring it to your table when it's ready. No frills and an easy menu to order from. I had the jalapeno sausage, brisket, spoon bread, and green chili mac and cheese. I was blown away from all of it!Jalapeno sausage was full of flavor and almost didn't need any sauces. Brisket was perfect and went well with all of the sauces. Green chili mac and cheese was so good and full of flavor. Lastly, the spoon bread was a great way to finish it off. It was just so smooth and full of flavor. I really left this place full and happy. And I definitely hope to return someday soon!

AMAZING food. Service was kinda slow but overall was delicious. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Just skip this place. We were there on a Sunday and I got a rib tip dinner? Basket? Not sure. Anyway, the tips were dry and greasy at the same time. I also got some sort of potato casserole that had cornflakes on the top. It too, was oily. The sauces that were on the table were good. But all of the grease sat pretty heavy in my stomach and I didn't eat for the rest of the day.

Hard to find ribs any better anywhere in the country. Their sides are delicious, especially the spoon cornbread and the baked beans. They team with Mad Anthony Brewery, so they have good beer,too. If you want a better ambiance, go to their Illinois Rd location. If you want better food, stick with the original Fairfield location.
