Fantastic atmosphere and truly great staff on top of everything from greeting you as you enter to making sure your comfortable. If you go during lunch you are guaranteed a delicious well cooked meal in plenty of time to enjoy your meal, socialize and get back to work on time. If you miss lunch and want to order off the menu instead of daily specials you will most definately be pleased. I used to go to Sarges before having a family and shot pool on their league; now babies are 30 and I've decided to take up pool again. So glad I chose Sarge's because everyone is so very friendly and personable that I've made some great friends in a short time. Recently the owners; Spanky and Wanda have truly taken a great bar and grill and give it a makeover! New flooring, tables, padded chairs, padded swivel bar stools are the bomb of comfort and plenty of them for everyone! Let's see oh the foot rest around the bar is beautiful and just perfectly positioned for maximum comfort. Also smart tv's all around the bar and awesome music center(jukebox), oh and they have a gaming area with 6 or 7 machines, but all I know is they are pretty! Everyone seems to enjoy them and win a lot. Now for my biggest reason to go; I love to shoot pool and they just got in a beautiful brand new DIAMOND table! I LOVE shooting pool it does'nt matter if I play by myself or with someone, I just love pool! A brand new Diamond table that is FABULOUS ! It's a dream to play on and I'm seriously thinking of signing up for the Monday Evening Pool League, just to meet and play folks from all around. While I'm not a drinker of Spirits, I still LOVE Sarge's because in just the 4months I've been going to shoot pool or Karioke; it's like FAMILY; I love them and they love me; simple as That! Actually the New goods are still happening to new coolers, freezers, cabinets behind the bar and the kitchen is gonna get a beautiful new oven/grill and I'm sure Wanda and Spanky will keep it going on because they are just great folks who want their staff , patrons, friends, and out of town visitors to enjoy their visit and have the most enjoyable experience while visiting Sarge's! So if you want to have a great time away from home for a few hours enjoying good food, good fun, and a great atmosphere with beautiful friendly people around then SARGE'S is the place to be so come on down, let's go!!GOD Bless hope to see you soon, maybe we'll shoot a game of pool! PS; They also have a dartboard, a covered outdoor area that's spacious with many tables and chairs, and picnic tables. Obviously it's also the smoking area and they have a huge grill to cookout on for special treats. The community is always welcome to bring their parties to their BANQUET HALL. This is a very chill bar in Danville. LUNCH TIME: They serve food during lunch hours and the food is actually pretty good! They have typical American-style food like burgers & chicken fingers. NIGHT TIME: In addition to being just a bar, Sarges throws some events like comedy shows & concerts.

Great bar, mellow scene! Bring your friends and you can have the place to yourself. Friday night has the best karaoke in Danville!!! I recommend this bar for it's friendly service, no BS attitude, and relaxed atmosphere!!
