Santiago's Seafood Market

This hidden gem recently opened at the corner of Michigan and 79th. They have a ton of fresh and frozen seafood as well as a full dine-in menu. They also do seafood boils! The price was excellent, food was incredibly seasoned, service was reasonable, and the family clearly loves serving food. Go give them a try!

Owner said they had only been open a couple of months and I really hope this place is here to stay because the meal I had hit the spot! Got the perch dinner (5pc) with collard greens and dirty rice as my sides. Dirty rice was delicious and has shrimps cooked into it. Collards were also excellent. Batter on the fish wasn't too heavy at all and was seasoned nicely. Definitely will be making my way back whenever I get a craving for fried or grilled seafood. The owner specifically told me to try the lobster roll the next time I come in so will need to make my way back soon!

I wholeheartedly give this place five stars due to their outstanding customer service, impeccable cleanliness, and inviting atmosphere. As a first-time visitor, I was impressed by how patiently the staff walked me through the menu and the delicious offerings in the fresh food case.I chose the catfish for my meal, but I have to admit, I may not order it again. It had a slightly strong fishy taste, and I personally would have preferred it to be cooked longer and a bit more seasoned. But that's a learning experience for next time! On a positive note, the greens and sweet potatoes were absolutely delightful, and I appreciated that both the entrées and sandwiches came with a drink. The portion sizes are notably generous, and I feel the prices are more than fair for the quality and quantity.I am eager to return and explore the wide array of fish options and sides they offer. This place truly deserves a visit!

This establishment has only been open about a month. Being in the mood for seafood, we thought we would give it a try. This place is not only a restaurant, it has an outstanding selection of fresh seafood to purchase at the counter.They have a large selection of dishes, from fish and shrimp, salmon, crab cakes and many more. We tried the fish and shrimp served with two sides. We chose the Mac n Cheese and the onion rings. The meal was terrific and so was the service. The ambiance was clean but very understated but we were there for the food which did not disappoint.If you're on the Northwest side of Indy give it a try.

Excellent service. Grilled Basa sandwich was great but the crab cake was out of this world. Highly recommend!!

What an amazing find!! If you miss Caplingers in Zionsville, this is THE place to go!! They have Fresh seafood to buy and also menu to order!! Very rereasonably priced. Shrimp poboy for 9.99!! So good!!

I stopped in for a quick lunch sandwich and some hush puppies. I was not disappointed. Everything was very good and reasonably priced. This is a great addition to the neighborhood!

Fried shrimp were great. Oyster Po Boy - maybe the best I ever had.The people inside were very friendly This is a must try

Had lunch at Santiago's. Both my wife and had the baked salmon with lemon pepper. She did her's light on the lemon pepper and mine was regular. Both salmon's were very moist, cooked just right and delivered to our table in a normal amount of time. We also bought some fish and cooked it at home.Santiago's is located in a retail strip mall. Not fancy but very friendly and neighborly. Lunches include an open access fountain drink. Pricing is consistent with other fish places.

Go here. Had fried walleye, easily best piece of fish I've had in Indy. Great seasoning, breading was crispy and a perfect balance of enough but didn't overwhelm the walleye. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff for allergies. Sides were great. Plan on returning, a lot.
