Sal's Famous Pizzeria

If you're craving authentic Italian cuisine, Sal's is pasta-tively the place to be! From the moment you walk in, the warm, welcoming atmosphere sets the tone for an incredible dining experience.The menu is filled with classic Italian dishes, we tried their pizza. The service at Sal's was just as impressive. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel like family. They were quick to offer recommendations and ensured that every detail of our meal was perfect.

Not a fan of the prices. I went here because I have been at 2 different parties that served the garlic knots and I loved them. I was seated quickly at 5:30 pm during the week. Which was great. While I wanted on my friends I tried the bread and sauce they provided at the table. The bread was very soft but I really didn't like the sauce. I ordered the 3 cheese ravioli, which I asked the waitress if they made the ravioli there she had no clue. I really liked but if there is a next time I will have sauce on the side or order lite red sauce. 1 person had the pizzas and said it was good. 1 had lasagna it was a huge helping she couldn't eat it all, she said it was alright. 1 had some type of calzone she finished it so she must have liked it. I want pick this place to go back to BUT I will go if someone else picked it. I didn't hate it.

Delicious, local feel, nice portion sizes, high food quality, You can stop in any time of the day and everything is the same. Good consistency!

Friends picked up Pizza and Garlic Rolls today for lunch. My first garlic roll was really good. Love the cheese. My second Garlic Roll was raw in the middle. The pizza was great. Loved the crust and the huge slices. Could have used more pepperoni but I don't think any pizza has enough pepperoni. Sauce was great too. Would definitely have the pizza again.

Pretty good only place I've ever been to in a long time that you can just get a slice of pizza a little slow on the service but pretty much worth the wait.

I wanted Italian and didn't want to drive to Greenwood or Avon, but I wish that I had. I hesitated at the door when I walked into Sal's because the door was filthy. That's usually a sign that there's either no management or bad management. It's similar to the broken windows theory that the little things affect the big things, and my suspicion was, unfortunately, confirmed. I dined outside, and the tablecloths were filthy. The server was a very nice young lady, but she'd never been trained even to notice things like dirty tablecloths and windows. It's the management's fault, not the employee. The bathroom was also filthy; someone had a toilet emergency, but nobody did anything about it. What about the kitchen? I can only presume that the filthy theme also carries the day in the back. The entire experience made me wish that I'd read the county health department inspection results before I went in. I will never go back, but the owners should take charge and fix the deficiencies.

Sal's can be fast food with style. If you want to eat right away they have a large selection of pizza by the slice, calzones, breadsticks and salads. Just order and choose a table with linen tablecloths. They will bring it right out on nice ceramic dishes. Or you can order a pizza made from scratch. They also have plenty of other Italian dishes to choose from. Usually there is Jazz music playing. Don't forget to order a chocolate chip cookie for dessert.

Sals is good pizza without the pizzaz . The restaurant is descent , the pizza is the same . The crust is not would you would call firm however I am sure I could have asked for it to be cooked longer . Overall this place gets a passing grade because of the service .

Food was disgusting. Had hard time parking service wasn't that great either don't waste your time

Good food! Maybe a little more cleaning needs to occur but everything else is good !!
