Saint Adrian Meats & Sausage

Indiana has the best butcher shops and Saint Adrian Meats & Sausage is one of those shops. They have a location on the square in Lebanon. Their hours are limited (only opened Thursday - Saturday). Morgan was clerking when I stopped by today and described where the meats are sourced. All the meats come from This Old Farm north of Lebanon except for the chicken which comes from an Amish farm on the border of Indiana and Ohio. The meat arrives fresh and the final processing happens at the shop.In the shop, they carry most cuts of beef, pork, lamb and chicken. They are known for their specialty sausages which come with natural casings. Meats can be purchased fresh or frozen. They also offer special bulk packages (for freezing.) they also carry a limited amount of locally sourced sauces and rubs in the shop. Prices are really reasonable for freshly sourced products. I stocked up!Morgan said that they have a rewards program that you can sign-up for and gives you future discounts based on purchases.

A little more than the steaks you purchase at the National chain Grover's but we found the ones purchased here to be amazing. Less commercial open field grass fed. Our service was great and the manager was super friendly.

Yelp hosted a Par-Tee event at Golf of Indiana and Saint Adrian Meats & Sausages was a host. They provided cuts of meats that were so delicious I can't even handle it! The bacon...was...insane. They provided us with 5 different samples and they were all delicious. There was applewood smoked pork bacon, pepper pork bacon, liberation coffee cured bacon (and I don't even like coffee and this was good), sweet pork bacon, and beef bacon! They also had pork and beef sliders!!!! Be about it and stop by the shop and get yourself some!!!

This place is amazing! We drive from Avon to stop here. They raise and butcher their own animals. You can't compare their products to anything I've had around town. We were in yesterday and the whole family was there. That was awesome to see that it's all local and I hope they stay around. We've tried a bunch of their sausages. Our fave is the smoked sausage. They also have polish (yum), Portuguese, bratwurst, cheddar and a number of others. My husband tried the habanero and said they were hot, but had good flavor, they weren't just painful. Ha! They are all a great consistency. I've not had any with gristle or chewy bits. They're firm and juicy. We've gotten the filet and it was like butter in your mouth. It tasted like beef! (Unlike store-bought filet.). We tried the pulled pork and that was wonderful, too. They have other home-grown items, as well. We bought tomato jam and I'm officially addicted. If you want meat that tastes like meat, this should be your first stop.

My wife and I are always searching for great tasting meats, sausages and other great foods to add some WOW to our foodie routine. We found St Adrians to really hit the spot. The meats are always fresh. The selections are spot on and the owners are more than accommodating and friendly. They will cut steaks to order, and go out of there way to get you what you want. Don't be afraid to ask. If you don't see what you looking for just ask. They believe in grass fed, natural raised meat, no atibiotics, no hormones.

Great place to buy fresh meats. All the meat in the store is grown on local farmers in Boone County only. I got a pound of their chorizo for $7.99 and it was really good (better then Goose the market chorizo). I will definitely be frequenting this place for meat as I work right across the street. It can be a little slow to get your meat and pay for it but worth the wait.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Would get you anything you want if you would just ask. All of the meat is fresh, local, and natural. What else could you ask for? The sausages and cured meats are spot-on and Ryan's descriptions wouldn't lead you to believe any different. This is where I get my pork, chicken, and eggs. Shop local!My only complaint is that their beef is not grass-fed.

The best butcher shop around this area!! Great bacon, chuck roast, beef filets, and hamburger (80/20) !!! OMG !!! I live in Zionsville, but can't wait until the order online then pick-up your order during normal operating hours. Love the Product and their commitment to the public for a great product. Christy J.
