Royal Theater

Great old theater in the heart of Danville. The nostalgic decor and old newspaper clippings really brought back old memories! There is one theater, pretty good size and the surround sound was great! They have a royal combo for $15 that includes a large , 1 refill, 2 drinks and a candy of your choice. Prices were $5 for the tickets of a new release and $3 for older movies. Definitely recommended!!!

Why waste your money at a huge theater when you can go to the Royal Theater and spend at most $4 for a current movie!? The theater is never packed so finding your favorite spot in the theater is never an issue, even on the free movie days. Also, for $5 you can get a junior snack deal that has plenty of popcorn, candy, and a drink. The drink and popcorn have one refill each.The downsides I have found are the teeny bathrooms and the seats not being overly comfortable. But, I love the value for the money!

Huge fan of the Royal!! Fantastic prices and great for a night out with the family. So glad someone bought and fixed up the place--it was such a staple in my life as a kid.

It's a great, low price experience for both the adults and children, people are nice, I normally wait for the new release, goto Royal extremely affordable for the whole family, popcorn, drinks, candy affordable plus-Pizza Paradise right behind it. Normally, We meet the grandparents there--It's not New but it's AFFORDABLE.
