Worst hotel ever.My family and I (2 rooms) had the misfortune of staying in rooms 117 (me) and 123. The young man behind the counter was slouched in his chair. Never stood up when I walked up to the counter. I asked for a luggage cart. He got me a laundry cart. That was the best thing that happened all weekend. I got to my room then went back to the lobby to ask where the ice machine was. I was told it was broken. That was a good thing because the ice bucket was all sticky. When I finally got into bed, I noticed the sheets did not fit the bed. Under the sheet was a stained mattress. Disgusting. The towels had to be 10 years old and gray. In their previous life I can only think they were rags. The little fridge did keep things cold but it hadn't been defrosted since installation. All of the laundry equipment was outside of rooms in the back near the pool. There were large chunks of concrete back there also.I asked for a box of Kleenex but never got it. The walls were filthy. Service was non-existent. I have stayed in some of the finest hotels in the world. I have also stayed in some not to good ones. They can't all be the Ritz. Worst hotel experience ever. They need to burn it down and start from scratch. Just horrible.

I saw this. When I called my corporate office about the roach he said don't check in. He was too late. I'd already done it. I spoke with the guy behind the counter and he smiled and said no refunds. My boss said leave anyway I'll figure things out with them. He moved us to a motel 8. Much better place.

This place was absolutely disgusting! There were roaches and bed bugs EVERYWHERE!! I heard weird footsteps outside my door in the middle of the night that continued for hours. My bedsheets were stained with a yellow substance, my bed only had 2 THIN pillow. And my bathroom was filled with dirt and bugs, I was scared to use the toilet. Please do NOT stay here.

While it looks like they are currently remodeling, the rooms were clean Neighborhood is a little sketchy as people were smoking weed on the back stairway at 3 in the afternoon. Children screamed and played loudly outside at all times of the night. We were double charged for the room. When we called to take care of the double charge the gentleman said yes I see you need to call back tomorrow after 10am and talk to the manager. We called back and spoke to a woman I can only assume was the manager who denied there being a double charge even though our bank statement showed the charge. We said we would be getting in touch with our bank to dispute the second charge. She said " go ahead, try to get a chargeback". Now our bank is doing an investigation for fraud7lant charges.

Me and my family came to stay here while our apartment was getting renovated. My dad booked a week before and the room we booked was one room with two beds. Prior to staying here, we didn't do our research about it, bad idea. First of all, when my mom went to check in, they denied her entrance and stated that my dad needed to be there in order for her to get in our room. However, the day before, my mom was there when my dad was talking to the people in the screen and they said it was okay for my mom to check in by herself. It wasn't until later that my dad came to talk to the person in the screen that we managed to get a room. He wanted a refund, they said no however, he managed to get us a room regardless. When we got to the room, to our horror and surprise was a disgusting, cheap, and definitely not worth the money paid, looking room. We were distraught. All that hassle and all that money for something that looksike it's not worth $400 dollars. This wasn't even the room we booked and we had a receipt with proof of our room. During our stay, I got bit by a bed bug. Multiple times, on both of my arms. The worst part is that I had no idea until it was too late. On that same day, someone tried to break into our room because they were looking for a person named Eric. They knocked on our door twice and when there wasn't an answer, they used they key card to get into our room. Luckily my mom was still in the hotel and was behind the door. A lot of the neighbors also seemed sketchy and we didn't feel safe where we were. In conclusion, me and my family got scammed. Beware.

You are created by an ATM style machine with a virtual image of someone who pretends to not speak English. Refund = cost of 1 night or in other words no refunds even is it is minutes after the reservation. Stark cell block style rooms. Every footstep echos down the hallway.

I give 4_stars because there's always room to do better. I've been a guest for 9 years, and I have seen improvements. For starters the costumer service amped up the bilingual while using the Kiosk. Presentation and communication starts with great understanding of what was shown on ones phone ECT. Which brings me to the rooms plus. Being a Vendor working stadiums across the U.S. I hit a lot of Hotel- Motels and even the so called 5 *'s have there issues. Me myself I love the night crew they have great C.Service and for today's inflatable times $. The price can't be beat also when tennants leave you have no way of monitoring who drops off what roach or bedbug from their last filthy location. All R.Inn can do is combat them and hope for the best also tennants be acting like plumber's breaking in walls and self stripping pipes before calling on maintenance. Last but not least Laxmi the 9pm to 5am eastern standard time customer service is very very professional and every bit worth the business stay even when it's not perfect she puts you at ease with answers to all your questions with no rush.Now that I mentioned it imma go ahead and give this review a 5....

Would give zero stars if I could. First room that was booked had roaches everywhere. Ceiling, floor, under the bed, on the bed, dead and alive. Also was being charged $150+ for per night when online it was maybe $75-80. Non refundable and front desk was meh. 0/0 not recommended.
