Royal Hylands Golf Club

For being in Knightstown, IN, I was quite impressed. I grew up just 45 minutes from Knightstown and had never been there before playing this course. I got on here using the GolfNow App for just $20 during the week.From the #1 tee, you can tell you're in for a doozy. I was surprised at how tight and how much ungulation this course has for being out in the cornfields. Greens: 4.3/5Fairways: 4.1/5Tees: 4/5This course is different from any other course in East Central Indiana. And that's a good thing because most are flat with little challenge, but Royal Hylands has it all.. multiple water hazards, abundant trees and plenty of ungulation. I would recommend this course to anyone who's tired of playing the same courses in ECI.

Well manicured and taken care of course. Fun to play and a treat to drive a cart around. Lots of different types of holes with some real unique layouts. Prices are in line with courses of similar quality. Pro shop and restaurant were clean and well staffed.

Played at Royal Hylands for the second time in the past 2 years on a perfect day - 8/20/24. I wish I could say as much for some elements of the course. Whereas it is a nice layout in general and features good greens, most of their tee boxes (front) are in terrible shape. Most tee boxes are exceptionally small, poorly maintained, and rarely flat. If the management would devote some time to reconstruct these tee boxes RHGC could be a great course.
