After early voting, we head over to Rosie's for breakfast. Rosie's has become a cornerstone in the Village. The restaurant is located in an historic building from the early 1900s. We were seated by the window so we could enjoy the morning sun. Allyson, our server, was friendly and attentive. We chatted about early voting. I had the Breakfast Tacos, which I thought might be a healthy option. The tacos are more like burritos, served with a red taco sauce on top. The plate of food is generous with lots of potatoes. The tacos were good except I thought there were way too many black beans. My husband had the Classic Breakfast with rye toast. Their bread is made in-house and always a treat. His eggs were cooked perfectly. The restaurant is noisy inside - I think the acoustics are just bad in the old building. Street parking is nearby.

Great service and food as we had a little group of five of us for early lunch today. Everything from the egg biscuit to the burrito my son had it was just fantastic. All five of us ate and had a coffee and a couple juices for $86 switch in today's economy. I consider to be a decent value as well.

Excellent service, food and ambience. The location is on Main Street in Zionsville which is the perfect spot to take a stroll after eating a delicious brunch along with a few carefully selected treats from their bakery. Our brunch included "made to order" omelettes, pancakes, potatoes, awesome coffee & more! Whether visiting for breakfast, brunch or lunch, everything tastes awesome but you might want to consider the mantra "life is short, eat dessert first!" The restaurants bakery makes generously sized treats that made our visit even more memorable! Highly recommend!

Overall, a great spot. The food was pretty good, but could have been better. I found everything to be under seasoned. The service was good, inside was clean but a little noisy. The location is good but parking is very hard to find. The best part of Rosie's is the baked goods!

I was surprised that I had never been to Rosie's Place since I worked nearby for multiple years. It was bust for a Tuesday lunch. I like the multiple tables and the bakery counter in the front of the restaurant. I ordered the southwest chicken sandwich with french fries as a side. The portion side was large. A full chicken breast with toppings. I'm not sure why it is called a southwest chicken sandwich. It did have avocado slices and a seasoned mayo on it, but the re-heated chicken breast didn't seem seasoned at all. The french fries that I received were lukewarm. Service was just OK. I was out of water on 2 occasions, and it took some time to get our ordered placed. The place has a good vibe. If you're hungry and want a fulfilling plate of food, it is worth a visit. I just wouldn't expect highly seasoned food.

Just a wonderful place all around. From the moment I stepped in to the minutes we left, we were welcomed by the friendliest staff in the cutest part of Zionsville. Had a little bit of everything and nothing disappointed. The gooey butter latte was the perfect morning sweet treat that came with a mini cookie. Super fresh French toast and bacon. And I'm super particular about my biscuits and gravy and these certainly didn't disappoint. The half portion was the perfect amount. Wait staff was super attentive and the people behind the coffee bar were super helpful with my questions. We took some cookies home to go and can't wait to devour those later. Can't wait to come back.

This is a cute little hidden gem, tucked away in downtown Zionsville. We stopped in during lunch on a Thursday and it was pretty busy! Our wait was maybe 20 minutes and our food came out pretty quickly once we ordered. I love that they also offer pastries and from what I've been told - they're all amazing! The waiting area is somewhat of a nightmare b/c it's literally the restaurant entrance and since it's crowded, people are just bumping into each other or trying to maneuver around the crowd of people blocking the door. Our server was friendly but since it was so busy, we didn't get her name. I honestly think I saw her when she took our orders, dropped our food off and came to drop off the checks - if we had needed anything, we would have been out of luck! The food was pretty good and tasted very fresh! I had the quiche and it was great!

Their signature cookie lives up to the hype! I am dreaming of munching on one as I write this review. We came here with friends and our toddler for brunch and each one of us enjoyed our meal. The server was hard to track down a few times and we had to keep reminding her what we initially requested. We came an hour before closing and we felt she was burnt out by the work day. Our friends said they would come back but hope for better service.

Lunch meeting today at Rosie's left me unsatisfied. The service was the highlight as our waitress was great. The room is also a beautiful spot and was packed today at lunch. Parking in Zionsville is always questionable so good luck. My issue today was with the food. I had biscuits on the brain and ordered a take on Eggs Benedict that came on biscuits with sausage gravy and country ham on top. The biscuits were nice and the eggs ok. The gravy was average and the ham on top would have been far better if blackened in a skillet. Without some char, the ham was just out of place. The side of country potatoes were room temperature at best and both of us at the table added hot sauce, then ketchup trying to improve them. I've been to Rosie's many times and today wasn't their best foot forward. They're known for their homemade drop cookies and I should have gotten one today. It would have been a nice pick me up from the main course. Also... NO WIFI. Not always a problem but it affected our lunch meeting today.
