Roots to Wings Barn Market

I'll have to add more photos another time, but I've absolutely fallen in love with Roots to Wings. Their fall and holiday decor has been so cute, and the owner, Missy, remembered me and was very personable and kind. Will definitely be going there often!

Not sure how I've never been to Roots to Wings before but definitely my loss. So nice to be able to buy items locally made. If you aren't done with your holiday decorating or just want some fun ideas get here. There are multiple vendors to choose from and every corner is full of affordable items. Who knew we needed another tree but hey why not. I 'looking forward to what they bring in after the holidays. Worth the trip to Brownsburg.

Roots To Wings has the same owners when formerly known as The Urban Rustic Farmhouse on Raceway Road just North of Crawfordsville Road in Clermont. With the new name comes an improved selection and quality of home decor and furniture with a mixture of gently used to new items. Many of their pieces are customer built by quality craftsmen and can be purchased directly from the shop floor. Several pieces can be customed ordered and made to your specifications. Just ask. Currently the hours are limited to Thursday through Saturday due to the CoronaVirus and you MUST wear a mask while visiting.You'll find pieces for many types of decor from vintage, shabby chic, farmhouse, rustic, traditional and mid-century modern. If you are looking for something specific be sure to mention. They have many on-going projects and a behind the scenes storage area. If you are searching for kitchen islands, breakfast bars, buffets, cabinets, shelves and unique furniture and decor this is a versatile shop to visit. Something for every room in your home. Stop in and remember your mask.

Shop is beautiful. The kitchen islands we saw look like great craftsmanship. I wish my Kitchen had room for one. We were greeted by Swiper ( I think he was a Labradoodle ) he was very friendly but not overly so. Great art pieces made from silverware were unique. As well as the hand made Dulcimers. They were in the middle of taking down christmas and putting out spring so we will have to go back. Mask wearing was inforced with sinage and they had them if you didn't have your own.

This antique store is very cute with a variety of antiques and local wares (like art, jewelry, soap, candles, etc.). Unlike some other antique stores, I didn't feel as if I had to sift through a lot of junk to find something worth looking at. On the contrary, each item is well displayed and so pretty. On top of that, the owner and employees are very warm and kind. They thanked me and other customers for supporting local and helped me find some things I was looking for.
