I got the Ruben burger(I am a huge fan of corned beef and sauerkraut). The bites that I got with sauerkraut were fantastic, unfortunately (and please know this is a personal opinion) there was not enough for me to get it in every bite. Personally I would take the lettuce off(it diluted the flavor) and I would add twice as much kraut. That said the experience was fantastic, our server "Diona" was great and the other food, 2 chicken dishes, side salad and fruit bowl, were just right. We will be back....

Great experience at Roots Burger Bar! I had the club sandwich and it was perfect! I couldn't even finish it because it was so big, but I wish I could have. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. Most of all, we had the absolute best service from our server, Diona. She was absolutely amazing!! Not only did she keep drinks filled and got our order in quickly but she was just the sweetest person ever! She took excellent care of us! We will DEFINITELY be back!

We've ordered carry-out from here on multiple occasions. Three times, the order has been wrong. That happens. But the more significant issue is the callous attitude of the staff. After driving back to pick up the missing food, I was treated as if I were the problem. No apology, no remorse, very much a "sucks to be you attitude". I won't be back. The food is just, meh. Ok.The last time it happened I responded to their email and the owner, Scotty, replied back that'd he appreciated the feedback and would work to be better. I guess Scotty has better things to do because nothing has changed. So many better places to go.

Service was great. Food was ok. Had a double Hawaiian and would have been better as a single. Too much meat. The sauce was ok but would probably like less or none at all. The rest of it was great. The fish sandwich was bland but big. The mac the kids ate and the mini corn dogs have no taste other than batter. Free ice cream for the kids is a plus. The drinks with toys on top don't let the kids see as they will only want that.

Third time trying and fairly disappointed. Megan our server was great. Friendly and efficient. Food was underwhelming. We had boneless wings, onion rings and a cup of chili. Onion tings and wings were warm at best and both were a bit bland. The chili was good but the cup was so very small. Ambiance is nice and they have lots of tv to watch but for me its not worth the money.

This place has good burgers, but it didn't wow me overall. I did appreciate that since the burger patties are smash burger style, you can choose to get 1, 2 or 3 patties on your burger. They have a variety of burger options, from Oklahoma style to PB&J style. They offer other bar food as well; I actually got the fish and chips! The fish was delicious and a huge portion. However, the fries were bland and their famous "fry sauce" tasted like an overly sweet honey mustard. If you're a burger fan, it's worth trying, but expect a typical bar setting with nothing fancy.
