We came for dinner, and were hoping for a breakfast for dinner. But unfortunately, breakfast is only served until 3pm. They had a wide set of options though for dinner, which does typically mean a lot of heat and serve or freezer food. The shrimp was a little rubbery. The kids enjoyed it. They serve Texas toast with the entrees. The chicken and rice with mushrooms were good. The broccoli casserole was not my favorite. I was bummed that the baked potato didn't come with sour cream, and cost an extra $2 for a side. I regretted not getting the wrap and fries. The fries had a little bit of a flour coating like The Stacked Pickle used to have, they were crispy and tasty! My daughter loved her spaghetti, but I was surprised it didn't come with meatballs.Tina was the only server, and she was attentive and great at her job. If we are in the area would def want to stop back for breakfast.

This was our first visit to the rams new Rise and Shine location. They did a nice job with the color scheme and the usage of space. It felt like a breakfast and brunch spot. Their menu is full of options, and the only thing keeping it from being a 5 star review is that they are still waiting on their liquor license. The food was good. I enjoyed my skillet and my lady enjoyed her pasta dish although it could have been a little more spicy. We will be back and hopefully they will have their liquor license!

I really wanted to like it. Eggs didn't taste right; didn't seem fresh. Gravy was not good. Biscuits were ok. Items just didn't seem to be fresh or cooked properly. I can't recommend. Also, server appeared to have sores around her mouth....while I am sympathetic to her issue, she probably shouldn't be around food until her sores are cleared up.

We were interested in trying this new spot and enjoyed a breakfast out. The service is friendly, kind, and helpful. We really liked how the staff engaged with our kids. The atmosphere is calm and is traditional fare for a breakfast spot. I liked not having a huge crowd around us but I could imagine business picking up with more visitors and good experiences to share.

First time visit at new facility on West Southport Rd. The interior was nicely decorated but the noise level of music playing was way too loud and difficult to carry on a conversation. Was a bit shocked at the prices for a modest breakfast meal ($12.99 to $15.99) plus beverages $2.99 and up. Service was excellent but the loud noise and high prices were the reason for a 3 star rating.

I went in this morning around 10 AM to have breakfast. I was seated quickly and my waitress came over promptly to take my order. She, and the rest of the service, was amazing. There were some loud kids, but for a breakfast place on the weekend that is expected and i can live with it. However the food and the bill were a different story. I ordered a breakfast combo with chocolate chip pancakes, hashbrowns, bacon, and a glass of milk. The pancakes were the best part of the meal, crispy but fluffy, and they had a good flavor. The bacon was just okay, you can tell it is microwaved, it came out luke warm and very thin. The hash browns were also microwaved, the cheese was not fully melted and they were not crispy at all, and they had no seasoning. One of the first times I've felt I HAD to add salt and hot sauce to get some flavor. Then the bill. So the pancake combo was 10.99 (no issue there) however they charged me 2.75 to add chocolate chips, when it only costs .99 cents to add them to individual orders of pancakes. If i had been made aware of this when ordering, i would've changed my order. They also charged me 0.99 cents to not have eggs with my combos, being charged to not eat something is definitely off putting. Overall the bill with a 20% tip was 23 dollars. Not bad for a breakfast place, but Bob Evans would've been much better for a similar price.I would say to avoid this breakfast place and go to Hotcakes Emporium next door, or a place like Cracker Barrel.

Seems odd that handicapped parking spots aren't located closer to door. Coffee cream at the table was spoiled. One order came out wrong and had to be remade.
