The food is always amazing. Service is super fast . They saw my family and already knew what we wanted. Great breakfast spot. I do hear their lunch and dinner is amazing also. I will try soon !

Richards has been on the decline for many years now. Last time I had a skillet and the vegetables were still raw even though the egg was cooked. Very strange and sad as I remember it being a good place for simple yet quality dishes.

My favorite breakfast place in Marion. Coffee is good. Good service. Good price. Next to Indiana Wesleyan University's new engineering building.

First visit on the recommendation of a friend. I asked for carry-out and received excellent service, friendly conversations with customers, and great fried chicken. Lisa, the cashier, has a wonderful attitude and was helpful as I decided on the meal. Ill be back!

Floor so greasy almost fell the menus were so dirty this place has went downhill! This was one of our favourite restaurants now not so much

Food is average. Nothing much to expect. The breakfast special is probably the most bang for your buck. Service varies. Sometimes you'll have fast service and friendly welcome, other times is slow and somewhat rude. Setting is dull and sometimes feels a bit dreary. Would recommend for cheap food, other options are better. 5/10

Have been there 3 times now. Good breakfast served in a timely manor. Friendly service, clean and not overly expensive.

I haven't been to a Richard's since the one in Kokomo closed. I had to step back in my memory to try and figure out what my favorites used to be there. We would often go on a Sunday after church and I always used to get a meal that came with the salad bar, loved the salad bar. Well unfortunately, like most everywhere else, covid put a stop to their salad bar. It is still sitting there by the kitchen, now a display for products they sell. Mom and I went for lunch and both decided on the 2 pc fish. It came with 2 sides & a roll and we both chose differently. It wasn't very busy but the meals took a bit to come out but not a terribly long time. Our salads came out first, she got the coleslaw which she commented wasn't as good as it looked or as good as she remembered. I got the bean salad hoping it was the same as it was in Kokomo and I was pleased. Then the meals came out. The fish portions, even though they were 2 pieces, were smaller than we both expected. She ordered potato wedges and I believe she noted they weren't very hot/fresh. I had ordered tater tots and they were hot and crispy and must have been prepared just for my order. We had a choice of wheat or white dinner rolls and we both requested wheat. The rolls weren't great and really shouldn't have been offered, they were quite dry and I dare say bordering on stale- more people must request the white... now I know to try differently for next time. A quick turn in the microwave might have helped the rolls immensely. Overall a good meal and I would go back, even if for nostalgia purposes. I do wish they would bring back the salad bar. With the rarity of them these days, I do think we would make trips over to Marion just for the that reason if they brought it back to the way it used to be.

They are the worst place to eat I order chili for my dad n I. Instead of fixing a new batch they added water to make more it was so nasty n gross no stars at all
