Refinery46 was a great meeting space to host my board meeting!! We used the downstairs meeting room. Addison was so helpful during my tour & the day of my meeting. He set everything up for me, and their tear-down instructions were very informational.Definitely recommend Refinery46's work space!

Happy #ThankYouThursday Yelp friends! If you've ever been curious about the nicely redone building slightly off of 46th Street and Keystone, this is it. It's a co-working space for driven local businesses, many of them being home services businesses. The owner of the space also owns Homesense Heating & Cooling (also loved on Yelp) and is an incredible person. He also lets The District Church use the space on Sundays. I love how multi-purpose and helpful the space is. Black Circle Brewing and Elena Ruz Cuban Cuisine are also located in the building, but on the back of the co-working space.CO-WORKING SPACE: The co-working space is nice and recently renovated. They offer 24/7 access, a complimentary mailbox, local coffee, networking events, business improvement seminars, conference rooms, and secure shipping/receiving for members of the space. You can rent anything from a local to a small or large office, to an entire floor. Their different packages are on their website!EVENT SPACE: The great space is also open to non-members to rent as well. We had a cocktail and painting class event here and loved using the multiple spaces. We had the cocktail class and catering set up in the beautiful kitchen, and used the multi-purpose room for the painting class. The owner Brian was super nice and helped us set up a few extra tables. They also have their different event space prices on their website too. The owner is so awesome, so this is definitely a place I love to support! They also do so much good for local businesses and the community, so def. check it out if you're looking for a space!

Refinery46 is a gem of a venue located near 46th and Keystone. The space has an urban-chic vibe and can cater to a wide variety of needs. We recently had my son's science-themed 7th birthday party in the basement and it could not have been a better fit. The kids had ample room to play, do their science experiments and be 7-year old boys while the adults were able to mingle as well. The large bar-top in the kitchen area was fantastic for arranging our party treats and the large refrigerators on the other side held everything that we needed to keep chilled with no problem. Refinery46 may not be the first place you think about when you think of a venue for your event but I encourage you to give it some consideration - your guests will surely be wowed.

I highly recommend Brian and the Refinery! Any size business looking for space to operate, would benefit from the facilities. There is a lot of added value as well, and is definitely worth the money!

Refinery46 was the perfect location for our small team retreat this year! As a small non-profit, they worked with us under a really tight timeline and with lots is time and money constraints. We had a great lunch at Elena Ruz the first day, then had different food delivered the next. There was coffee, the space is clean and elegant, and they were able to accommodate lots of last minute requests. Highly recommend as a co-working or meeting space!

Revitalized industrial space on 46th street. The owners have invested heavily to provide a unique co-operative working space in the community. There is also an event space in the basement to accommodate large parties, access to internet, mail service and other amenities. Plus there is a taproom and Cuban restaurant on site!

Refinery 46 has been an excellent office space! The tenants are extremely friendly and insightful. Brian Schutt has been incredibly generous with this time helping me grow my business. I highly suggest Refinery 46 to all new businesses because everyone here makes a time for guidance and support.

I recently hosted an event at Refinery 46, and couldn't be happier with the experience. The space was perfect for us - it had everything we needed to do a slideshow presentation, access to the kitchen to provide coffee, and plenty of parking spots outside for our attendees. It's tastefully decorated and super clean. I sincerely appreciate how Brian, the owner, goes out of his way to make hosting your event as stress free and easy as possible. Communication to get everything set up was quick and efficient. We will definitely be hosting more events in the future at Refinery 46!
