I stayed at this place for two weeks, the owner change the weekly rates on me from $280-$450. I told him I would be there for a month until my home was finished. After checking out, he took money from my deposit saying I messed his sheets up. I took picture of the cigarette burns and pee stains. I gave the sheets to his house keeper. He said, she said that we didn't. PLEASE Boycott this business.

Stayed there for a week, nice ,good price, no issues.Room was clean,no strange smell,all towels clean as well. The room was clean when I entered.Has microwave, air conditioner, and tv wifi all worked well .For price is a very good option .I'll be back here if I need to.Thank you !

One -star for a place with walls to lay my head. Ok. FIRST, I am not a hotel 'snob' AND I've stayed in RRI's before. Yet... this stay MUST hit the YELP to simply STOP YOU FROM VISITING THIS ESTABLISHMENT!I made my reservations online, I'd stayed here 3 years ago for 5-days and though it was 'no-frills' three years ago, it WAS clean! Arrived mid afternoon on a Thursday, checked in, visited room and knew I was going to have to decide, " do I stay OR do I go... now!!" In town to support a family caretaker with an ill family member, told myself to be thankful and get to their house. I returned to RRI after dusk, gathered my suitcases, a blanket and top sheet, just in case the bed wasn't clean, and entered the room. Thankfully I had my own sleeping stuff left in my car from a recent travel. The room appeared okay minus the musty smell. Turned on the air conditioner and proceeded to assess the bed under the coverlet. Uh-oh... the sheets were once white and now a dingy, dirty tannish color. Several stains. So, I covered it back up, threw my top sheet and blanket on top and plugged my cell in to charge. No landline; so assure you have cellular service!! I didn't use their Wi-Fi, yet it was included and provided with room charge of 67$/night plus $50 deposit for... incidentals??!!TV had enough channels, working remote, clean mini-fridge, microwave; hangers; hairdryer and a few soaps and a shampoo for hair. A single use coffee pot that held a used single coffee bag inside; dried up. It'd been a hot minute since this coffee pot had been assessed/cleaned. I like my morning coffee, so, this didn't score points. Upon checking in, a 2-picture information was on the check in counter informing stayers of the charge IF bath towels were "stained". I made note! Mascara can do a number on white bath towels!! So, when I looked at the 'clean' towels and saw they were NOT clean, nor white yet appeared as IF someone who had put in a long day at the construction site had used them for their after work clean-up, I felt the need to begin taking pictures! Had I set myself up to be "over charged" for things I hadn't done at this hotel??! Maybe...??!!I used the separated toilet/ shower/bathtub to change and potty, and noticed the pink-mold around the bathtub. Oh-oh!! I knew what that was!! Airborne usually... not good. The small exhaust fan in the toilet area was filthy with dust AND a fragrance of weed filtered into my bathroom. Well... okay... now what. I went to bed, emotionally spent from my day, watched L&O, put earplugs in and tried NOT to think about the room at large.Awakening several times during the night to make voices outside did freak me out a bit, yet, off to sleep I went. Awoke for my day 2 with caregivers and decided not to return for day 2 of the 3 I had planned. A leak under the vanity sink led me to assess where the water was coming from and I found someone's used toothbrush behind the sink. I could go on, yet, I hope you get the picture: DONT STAY HERE!!I left and was charged for 2 nights of 3 due to not telling them before noon. So... if you do stay, decide not to stay, let them know before noon. I chose to leave in the early am, get to family's home and return after a morning planned meeting. Wrong plan. I can't warn you enough!Not ALL RRInns are this awful. Some are simply a clean, safe bed to rest; get cleaned up in and set back off to a days events! Please, think twice before you have a room like this!! AirBNB maybe a much better value for a "cheaper" place to sleep!

These people ought to be ashamed. I booked through hotwire a month before our stay, and filled out all the filters saying how many kids we had and their ages. Nothing popped up saying anything about max allowed. When we arrived at RRI in Marion at 1:00 in the morning, they refused to let us stay. Their reason was that we had too many kids. For the record we have a 6 year old, a 3 year old, and a 20 month old. Our reservation was for a double queen room. We showed them the reservation confirmation that it was paid in full and everything, and they refused to give us a room. They didn't even offer us a second room or try to work with us at all. They just turned away a very tired family with small kids at 1:00 in the morning with a sorry.

Owner wouldn't let me check in a minute before 4pm. Had to ring a doorbell every time I wanted to got into lobby. Bed number 1 has dirty sheets including multiple strands of hair, lint and stains. Bed number 2 wasn't much better. My wife had to brush bugs off of it. We slept on top of covers with our own blankets. The room needed paint touch up at minimum. AC worked well at 88° outside. Had drunks hanging outside our room all evening. Bathroom tub and toilet looked well aged. Sink looked nice and modern. Maid staff was friendly. The room has a fridge and microwave. Rates were cheap but for good reason.

worst hotel i've ever been too management sucked. room was absolutely disgusting. i wouldn't recommend to anyone ever. i'd rather sleep in a ditch then that place !!

The accomodations while sufficient were underwhelming. This however is a minor issue because the desk clerk, a young asian man with hair pulled back, was incredibly rude and condescending
