Clean room, fridge & microwave in room. Comfortable beds. No sign of bugs mentioned in previous post. Convenient location just off highway. Gas station nearby. Felt safe.

The room is better than my expectation. The room is big enough for my large case fully opened. Has microwave and refrigerator in the room. I guess this room is new renovated so it's pretty new, I like the wood floor bathroom. But the shower curtain has mold

I believe you get what you pay for with hotels. For the price, it was fair. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was operational. Only weird thing was as we were leaving the, I guess housekeeper, stopped us, asked for the key. Then went to the room, assessed the bedding, then proceeded to strip some of the sheets off the bed. I've never experienced that before. I would stay here again for this price and a decent place to sleep. Hotel defiantly needs work, but the price is fair for what you receive. There was coffee and a free danish for breakfast

The room was decently clean but that's where the positive experience ended. The bathroom stank horrifically of weed and the toilet was obscenely loud, so much so that it scared our child. Our keys worked once and then stopped working. Got them reset, they worked once and then stopped working. As we were about to leave we saw a roach. A German cockroach, the kind that infests. We are paranoid that we are going to end up with roaches from this nasty place. The person running the desk didn't seem to care about any of these issues. You get what you pay for. Go elsewhere.

The pool is empty. the bathroom is falling apart and dirty. the towels were stained. After walking around for about 30 minutes in white socks my soles were almost black. Coffee was never restocked.

Vip Patel terrible manager will add extra fees to your bill. Wont pick up the front desk 3 times. Charged me 2 nights when I only stayed at one. Very poor services do not recommend unless they change managers.

For the price, this is a great hotel. I was pretty surprised! Stayed overnight & felt safe & clean. I mean, I couldn't pick out any GREAT things about the hotel, but there was nothing too bad either. Bare bones & quite small. I don't even feel like two smaller beds could fit in there instead of the King. The 'nightstands' were teeny shelves connected to the headboard/light. So no lamp or nightstand...small. We got the least expensive type of room & it came with good cable & a fridge/microwave. Breakfast was coffee/juice & pastries to go. Washcloths were a bit yellow, but bed sheets & everything were nice. I liked that there was no carpet, just a nice clean floor. Our air conditioning was very noisy, I think some people would've been disturbed by that, but I sleep easily, so it didn't bug me. I didn't have complaints, but I feel like if I had (like for the AC), staff would have been helpful. They were approachable & friendly. Also, definitely agree with the other reviewers-- bed was suuuuuper squeaky! Comfortable, though.

Excellent room, friendly staff. Great amenities, lots of charging ports, nice television for watching, good programming, microwave, refrigerator, clean sheets, clean restroom. Friendly staff. Easy in backslash out check in. Overall great experience.

My husband and I have stayed here for years and have never seen it this bad. The room was completely disgusting! When we went to get our money back they tried to give us another room. From the look of the pictures and video I will post with this review it's obvious what we declined that offer. We just wanted to speak to the manager or owner but he refused to come out of his office behind the front desk. We have been pretty faithfully coming to this hotel for the last five years. We have even stayed in this suite before. It was so bad this time We couldn't deal with it. We are not the type of people to complain about everything but this was awful and the owner or manager was so very unprofessional. We asked to speak to him. He was in an open office right behind the front desk and would not speak to us. When we said that's ok we will wait and sat down the lady at the front desk said I'm sorry but he's not going to come out to talk to you! Please save your time and money! This place is completely unprofessional and discussing!!!!

Pretty shitty customer service. I walked in and said I'm waiting until the rest of my party checks in. I was waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes. At least, 3 employees walked past asking about me checking in. Maybe 2 minutes later, someone says there's a 30 minute rule about waiting in the lobby. That is full of shit.
