There were a bunch in our room when we got back from our concert.
The best part! The 7:30 shuttle to the airport!!!!
One bulb burnt out
No iron
No sink stopper
No tub stopper, guess that means no tub
Filthy grate in my room
Inside elevator is no better
Window gunk
A sign greeting guest!
Gunk on windows
Filthy carpet by elevators
The Lobby!

2.5/5.0 based on a two night stay here. The Good:- Staff were friendly and helpful enough.- Good location.- The room was clean.- The WiFi worked. The Bad:- Pool was out of order.- Terrible and limited continental breakfast.- The room had an automatic light sensor system that flipped on the lights whenever it sensed movement. So if one of us had to get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the whole room lit up, effectively waking up the other person. There was no way to disable this "feature."- The shower had poor water pressure and drained very slowly.I've stayed at Red Roof Inns across the country, and this location provided the least quality experience of them all. While it was okay for the price, I probably wouldn't stay here again if I was to ever come back to Indianapolis.

Went there back in August on a trip to at the time see my BF who's now my ex and got an amazing service in that hotel . Staff all were very sweet and comprehensive and personally I'd say in person the service is way better then over the phone especially when like me you got French name . Bed were pretty comfortable and location is really convenient when you got flight the next day . Plus they offer a real good Navette service for 10$ even if the wait been a bit long definitely would return to this hotel. Not only that they're also pretty close to Greyhound terminal as well

Convenient location. Everything we had planned was within a 10-15 minute ride from this location. All of the staff were friendly which made the stay comfortable and inviting. Hotel does have vending machines with snacks and drinks. Walking distance to Waffle House and Speedway (7-11). Less than half a mile away, walking distance from Family Dollar so we could buy lots of drinks and food/snacks to keep in our room. Room has mini fridge and microwave. Cleaning staff were there everyday, they always asked us if we needed service as we left for the day. We didn't need service daily, if we needed anything we let them know. They were always nice and friendly. Lights in our room turned off and on every once in a while, but with motion activated lights I'm used to lights turning on and off on it's own. Yes, you can hear the occupants upstairs doing jumping jacks and running sprints in their room, but it's not any different than some apartment buildings. Airport shuttle is available for $10 which was convenient and easy to book. We stayed there 6 nights and it was very reasonably priced. Yes, some occupants were sketchy and some rooms reeked of weed when you walk by but no matter where you go you can encounter sketchy people and I live in Las Vegas where every where you go smells like weed.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. The front desk refuses to accommodate any reasonable requests, siting clearly irrational reasoning. I simply requested an additional hour to checkout and they said there was absolutely nothing they could do to help me siting "capacity" as the reasoning.Funny thing is, my room had a "sanitary" seal sticker on it stating it had last been accessed 6 days prior on 10/4. So clearly they aren't brimming at capacity when their rooms sit vacant for that long. Although the stickers didn't hold well so I wouldn't be convinced your room is sanitized just because of that sticker. Easily comes off and is pushed back on.Just an overall nightmare of an establishment in terms of customer service and accommodation, which is literally the sole purpose of hotels.Avoid here at all costs if possible.

Recently stayed at this Red Roof for 5 days to attend a dog show. It's under new management and they are in the process of remodeling. The lobby is gorgeous, the staff super friendly, the location is quiet...and their showers are amazing (plenty of hot water and powerful water pressure). The beds were comfortable and clean. The rooms could use more lighting, but overall they were nice. No frills, but very reasonably priced. There's a Waffle House next door and a really nice (and pricey) restaurant called The Library directly across the street. It will definitely be my go-to hotel when staying in Indianapolis.

WARNING: this is a very long post so keep scrolling if you have no interest in an HONEST opinion. For those who don't mind a good read, & want a feel of this place before paying for your room, continue reading Now I must say, this place is NOT as bad as people are making it out to be! Either this place is truly the hell hole described in the past posts I've read- or I'm just a very lucky person to have had a great experience here! I must admit, at first I was a little thrown off with the location itself- it does appear VERY sketchy. But in reality it wasn't bad at all! It's in a very isolated area & not much is around other than the Waffle House & Speedway right up front so I'm guessing that's why people think it's ghetto the rooms are a little dated & a paint job really wouldn't hurt anyone.. but I've noticed that they do take all of these past posts into consideration. All of the problems everyone else have had aren't happening anymore. 1. The water pressure: AMAZING, my husband spent majority of our time in there lol. 2. Water temperature. The water was beautifully warm & PERFECT. If you wanted scorching hot or ice cold water, it was available & consistent. Sat in a hot shower for at least an hour & the temperature maintained. 3. Clean rooms & room service. The rooms may be out dated but they were tidy! People forget that this is a MOTEL & not a fancy Hollywood HOTEL. You get what you pay for & I say I got my moneys worth! They have LOTS of maids & they are very sweet & attentive. We happened to be leaving for an outing around the hour that they begin cleaning on our floor, they kindly stopped us to see if we were checking out & after saying no, THEY asked US if we needed or wanted anything. (Specific cleaning instructions, extra toiletries, etc.) I specifically asked for them to not clean my room but to just change my bed sheets, & they did exactly what I wanted. -I must add that this particular experience is one of the reasons I will be coming back. - 4. Customer service. They were very kind, helpful, & patient. Greeted us every-time we came in & out, & made everything easy on us. There was no stress checking in or out! (Another reason I'll be coming back.) The ONLY reason I don't give it 5 stars is due to the fact that the floors/walls are thin. My first night was tiresome due to my neighbor above me running a marathon in his room (or at least it sounded like that) but overall, I give this place a solid 8/10. The prices could be a little lower due to some inconsistencies they have BUT, as I've said before- you get what you pay for & this place is a steal. Totally worth the money & I WILL be coming back! *for anyone wondering, I paid $500 for TWO KING rooms & stayed for 2 nights*
