Red Curb Improv Comedy

This is an interesting place. Enjoy it with a crowd of people and some adult beverages. Everyone seemed to have a good time even the kids. I'm glad they have a family show. The Christkindlmarkt improv was hilarious!! It looked like there were minimal food options. We didn't visit the snack bar but the restrooms were clean. I liked the option of signing the walk when we left.

Support comedy!Red Curb gets it right, man. It's a smaller venue that doesn't force you to buy two $11 beers. We saw Brent Terhune with an adequate list of openers and had a fantastic time. They have a few snack food offerings with beer and wine which were all surprisingly reasonably priced!

What an amazing place to escape in this crazy world! I have never laughed so hard. Reservations were super easy to make! Drink menu is good. Food is limited. A great affordable night out!

What a cool place!! I have a whole new respect for improv. I was laughing throughout the entire show! The comedians are hilarious and you can tell they love what they do. The concessions offered food items from popcorn to hot pockets, and they had beer, wine, and liquor. Definitely will be returning regularly and recommending to people! What a fantastic option for entertainment that doesn't require you to go all the way downtown or the north side! Hiding a bit off of US 36 in Avon, it is conveniently located amongst numerous dining options to make a whole date night in Hendricks County. Winning! This was our first experience with improv comedy and it was so freakin' fun! We enjoyed the smaller crowd that allowed for more interaction with the comics. There are multiple show times available so if one is sold out, try another time. The comics are pure talent! How do they think so fast on their feet?! The show went off without a hitch and flowed flawlessly though adult humor. They make it look easy! A bar is available and you can sign their wall to leave your mark. Locally owned and operated so go support your local business (& comics)!

I come here a lot, because well there's not a lot to do in Avon and it's really affordable and as they say themselves each time, you never see the same show twice. I've never thought to leave a review until last night. There is a skit at the end of each show where the cast will ask the audience for a movie suggestion to draw inspo from. Someone in the audience last night suggested the blind side and my gut sank instantly. Now, Hendricks county is not a very progressive place. So no, I do not think the woman who said this realized how problematic not only this movie is but also how problematic it was that she suggested it to an all white cast when the main character is a black male. The cast refused to use this movie as the inspo for the musical, they actually used the words HARD PASS. The woman who suggested it was with a group that compromised at least 50% of the audience, they could have easily gone with it to make the group happy as they definitely brought in most of the money the business made last night, but instead they said no. I am so happy that I have supported this business for the past few years, and I will without a doubt continue doing so. Anyone who reads this review and loves the movie the blind side, I encourage you to do some research into your own blind side.

Great little hidden gem! I was bought tickets for my birthday in March 2020 by my fiancé right before Covid really hit. We got to use the tickets last night and the show was hilarious! We went to the 9:30 adult show and we were laughing the whole time! Great atmosphere, reasonably priced food and beer. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend if looking for a good laugh!

I am a huge fan of a comedy Sports because it is a different fun place I can take my teens too. Red Curb is similar but I like the format much better. The improv is a bit longer with the actually scenes. I loved the musical portion they did. I also love the way the seats are set up. I think the seating makes everyone feel more involved. Small beer selection. Sodas, popcorn and candy. Also hot pockets and chicken sandwiches. Great improve players the night we went. Thank you for putting this on the west side of town. We need more awesome things. 10 out of 10 I would totally laugh again.

This place is tucked away behind a strip mall, and I just learned of its existence this week. I am sad I didn't make it here earlier! One of my favorite comedians played a show here and we were lucky enough to get some of the last available tickets. Efficient front office, inviting atmosphere, great layout, lighting, and sound. They have a small bar and snacks, popcorn was fresh, fluffy, and delicious. If you're feeling spontaneous, this is a great spot to catch a show!

Fun show. The improv was adult themed for the late night. Great atmosphere for comedy. Would highly recommend.
