Raspados Alpha Tamales

A bit outdated interior, but the drive-thru and extensive menu make up for it! Tried two tamales de pollo con salsa roja (moderately to very spicy) and a mango smoothie, which was made with delicious fresh taste. It took longer than expected, but the ice cream flavors looked enticing! Especially the Ferrero roche & the fruit ones.

The man working the counter was so friendly and kind. This location looks to be a tad smaller than their other location. I came here for the fresas con crema and it was SO good. The horchata was tasty as well. My friend got the pork & chicken tamales and they tasted amazing! We both got full very quickly here. I love knowing there's a drive through in case I need a quick spot for food. Our food came out in just about 5 minutes.

I've only ever went through the drive-thru here, but the service is always fast & workers are nice! I usually stop here at night when I'm craving something sweet. Their fruit is always fresh and I love their chamoy!!

Familia!!! First n foremost, the TAMALES here are SÚPER delicious!!! Ha.. we are always in the look out for cool little spots we can try n show some love n this week today we had Chicken Tamales made with Banana Leaves, (Hot, Fresh, n super delicious) Wanted to get the whole experience so decided to try there homemade ice creams so had a scoop for the group of 5 today!!! Always looks busy, so there can be a wait (rather let y'all know in advance) but the staff is super polite, fast n ready to make your first or whatever time I've been here the best! Weather is getting nicer, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Jewel

This is a very interesting place to say the least. Tamales and Mexican ice cream...count me in. The place has a drive thru window for you to place and pick up your order with out getting out of the comfort of your vehicle. They have a bunch of available parking spots out front and it is a stand alone shop that is part of, but in front of a strip mall. It is all by its lonesomeThe place has a large dining area with a few tables and chairs for you to seat and eat. It was very clean. There is also a television in the dining area as well. Their prices are very reasonable and their menu is huge, packed with mostly ice cream/fruit drinks and treats.They have a limited selection of tamales. I only had 3 to choose from. I think it was a pork, a chicken in red sauce and chicken in green sauce. I went with the pork and chicken in red sauce. Their tamales were good. Not the best that I have had, but definitely not the worst. They were hot and fresh though.Now the ice cream....man, oh, man. Off the charts. The freezer is full of delicious frozenness. They have traditional and exotic flavors. They also have frozen fruit based treats too. I had to get a scoop of the rum raisin. Their ice cream is off the charts good. It was very fresh, just the right consistency and tasted homemade. And the scoop was large. It was a real scoop. It overflowed out of the cup.I could not leave the there with out trying one of their bionicos. It was worth the extra calories. It had fresh fruit and was delicious. The staff here is very friendly. Some of them do not understand English very well, but we made it work. This is a decent place to get something to eat. Their tamales are good, but their ice cream and frozen/fruit based treats are to die for. I highly recommend checking this place out.

This place is also known as Alpha Never and Tamales on maps. It is okay, they have a lot of your Mexican street snacks and ice cream and mangonadas. I was craving elotes so my friend suggested going here to get it, I was not impressed, it was very meh. nothing exciting, there was a lot more mayo and cheese than the actual corn. I also tried their cheese ice cream, which was okay too. I was excited because I have not seen homemade cheese ice cream in a while, usually just the prepackage one from an international store. I would definitely suggest trying it, because different people have different preference on taste, but I will probably not come back unless I am really craving elotes and this place is the only place nearby for it. I can say that their menu is extensive though.Food 5/10Service 7/10Atmosphere 6/10

1000% YES!!! SO SO SO SO SO GOOD!!! We had a mangonada, freshly squeezed OJ, beets and OJ freshly made juice, and tamales. The tamales were so amazing, they tasted like my grandma's. It made me call her. It's a pretty chill place to go to you can tell they tried to make it a bit more nicer. I will say the only downside to it all is that you have to wait 15-30 minutes as it is always busy. I 100% recommend!

I wanted to try a mangonado so bad and I finally got one! It was so good! We also got strawberry shaved ice, elote and tamales. The tamales were fantastic as well. The shaved ice had a detergent taste in the ice. I'm guessing it was a one time thing where maybe they cleaned it and it still had some detergent in it and the elote was ok. Staff was nice and we'll definitely be back!

Sign says Neveria y Tamales ALPHA. We stopped because we were craving ice cream and the pictures on the outside of the building caught our eye. Kids got ice cream & my husband got the strawberries & cream (it was packed with fresh strawberries) - they all loved their choices. I got the pico de gallo which was watermelon, mango, pineapple, jicama, and cucumbers in a tajin sauce - very fresh and tasty. Also, I got the chicken tamale with green sauce and Lordy it was gooooood. I'm half writing this review just so I don't forget how good it was!

I work near Alpha and I can't help myself but stop here once a week and get the tamales. They are unbelievably good and never disappoint. they have chicken, pork, and cheese and pepper tamales. Now you would think to yourself "there's no way these are all good" I can tell you they are all fantastic. They come out so hot you could almost burn yourself. I've never been to a place w such smooth and easy service that goes above and beyond to make sure they meet your needs. The ambiance of the place is very refreshing. You walk in and the place is very clean and the dining area is very nice. Would 100% recommended it to anyone looking for real authentic tamales. Also the elote is fantastic as well. Everything is also priced very reasonably. I would attach photos but everytime I get food from here it is demolished and well you know where I'm going. This is also local so it's great to support. I also forget to mention their 40 plus homemade ice cream flavors that are to die for. They also have homemade popsicles, fresh squeezed juice and much much more. This place is class and it doesn't get any better than Alpha!
