Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Ordered online tonight for pick up at 9pmMy son and i walked inside at 10 minutes til 9.We sat and waited, hung out and waited. There was another mobile order up on the stand but not our name Waited til 9:10pm. Walked up to the front and a gentleman, (i'm assuming) the manager asked what the name wasTold him our name... he spoke to someone inthe backAnother 10min go by. I watched the man in back build the orde...btw.9:21pm got our food. Drove home (10min)Sat down and our food was cold. How?Idk, this iS the first and last time i'll be going and wasting $20.98 on a 4piece tender and kids 2piece meal

The dining experience had some room for improvement. While the food was generally satisfactory, the fries were somewhat soggy, and the coleslaw did not meet expectations in terms of flavor. The service experienced some delays due to only one cashier attending to customers, resulting in a longer wait time during peak hours. Additionally, the ambiance felt somewhat chaotic, and the dining area appeared to be in need of cleaning and organization.

I read one review that mentioned TikTok and now I know why my daughter has so badly wanted to eat here. We've been by locations in the past (Vegas and Utah) but never stopped. We recently found a location just a few minutes from basketball and had to try it out. The parking lot was insane at 9 on a random Wednesday night. The decision was made to head inside instead. There are about 4 items on the menu - chicken, fries, slaw and bread (oh yeah and drinks). Orders are coming out so quickly that you can't believe it's yours.My daughter was OBSESSED and had to eat again a couple days later. This time, we were there for track and it was a Friday night. I'd imagine every teenager within a few mile radius was hanging out here. It was loud so this certainly isn't date night vibes, but they do a heck of a business and the staff are working hard to keep up with the crowd. It's a drive, but we now have chicken on Sundays!

I came here of course because of TikTok. People all over are saying this place is amazing so I got the 3 finger combo. The chicken was good but I really didn't like the sauce. Was cool being able to finally get my hands on their chicken. They have a nice outdoor seating area as well.

Sitting here now and the music is blaring louder than a nightclub. Absolutely not enjoyable!!

Hair from worker was in my fries when I opened my box along with I've been coming pretty frequently the past couple weeks and they have still yet to change out co2 so their fountain machine has been trash and doesn't have ice you have to get it from behind the counter. I was thinking it would be changed but it's been 2 weeks also last time I ordered the caniac combo and they shorted me 2 pieces of chicken for is good but they're slacking everything else.

We stopped here on a Wednesday evening and the drive-thru line was long but things moved quickly. We got the combo box, which comes with four chicken tenders, toast, fries and coleslaw. I really enjoyed everything. The tenders were juicy and the canes sauce had great flavor. My only negative was that they did not provide forks for the coleslaw.

My first time having Raising Cane's was when this location opened. My husband and I weren't in a rush to get anywhere so we waited in the long lines during its opening week. The chicken tenders were juicy and overall tasty, but I still didn't understand all the excitement, as the tenders nor the sauce were anything that special. We did the drive through and the employees were friendly and efficient.

I didn't see the hype. It reminded me of Zaxbys but the fries are different. My husband loved the bread but that was the only thing he liked better than Zaxbys. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. It's expensive kids meals.
