Queenie's Pizza Factory

RUDE!! My friend walked in and explained she was feeling dizzy and needed a glass of water. The employee pictured below said, and I quote, "hmm, nah." I have never seen something so disrespectful!She needed water, so she paid for it. She had to ask employees 3 times before they finally got it for her. It took 26 min for A GLASS OF WATER.Absolute trash. He needs to be fired immediately.

No French bread pizza anymore at Queenie's. Which might be a bummer for some, but was welcomed by me and my NY-style-pizza-by-the-slice children. I don't know about your children, but if I tell my kids that we're getting pizza, it needs to be triangular and relatively thin. Otherwise, they will refuse to acknowledge the saucy bread disk as pizza. Kids are dumb, I know. But they like what they like, and during this last visit, I'm glad that Queenie's was serving what my kids liked. The pizza slices are huge. They could easily feed two adults. The slice of pepperoni pizza that we received was so big that it was hanging off the paper plate. My kid obviously could not eat it all, so we took it home and he ate it for dinner and still didn't finish. Huge slices, I tell ya. Queenie's is located inside Sun King. You order at the restaurant stall (window? booth?) and they give you a pager to take back to your table. Then, when the pager beeps and vibrates, you go over to the stall (window? booth?) and pick up your food. Don't forget to grab some napkins on your way back to your table -- you will need them. The pizza is nicely greasy.

I recently tried Queenie's Pizza and was blown away by the fantastic experience. The portions were incredibly generous. The spicy sun dried tomato pizza was a flavor explosion - the perfect combination of tangy sun dried tomatoes and just the right amount of heat. The service was prompt and friendly, making for a seamless dining experience. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious offerings. Queenie's Pizza is definitely a must-try for any pizza lover!

After studying the menu on the wall, we all decided what we wanted to eat and gathered 'round the touch screen at the counter to place our order. That's when we discovered that the only sandwich they actually had available tonight was the turkey pesto, and the BYO flatbread is a misprint (they don't actually allow you to pick your own toppings unless you are ordering a large pie). So everyone else in my party left to find dinner downstairs. I went ahead and stuck with the flatbread- the man who helped me place my order was nice and added mushrooms to the cheese flatbread for me. The flatbread pizza was fairly priced (he charged me for the kids meal) and good eats - I liked the flavor of the sauce, the crust was perfectly fired so it was both soft and crispy without any burnt parts, and it had the perfect ratio of sauce to cheese. I would definitely eat the food here again, but the frustration of so many menu items being unavailable soured the experience.

Queenie's has transitioned from French Bread style pizza to by-the-slice. You order at the kiosk with a few choices, pay, and then they get your order ready.I ordered a classic cheese and a margherita slice. Cheese was a cheese slice. Margherita had a healthy amount of sauce and a minimal amount of cheese. Crusts were very easy to fold. Honestly I tried Queenie's before when they did French bread pizza and did not care for it. But NYC style slices, I am here for it. A+, would do again.

I wanted to like it, but our frenchbread cheesy bread and sauce was "meh". I would have liked more seasoning (tasted like straight up regular butter - unsalted). The sauce was also a weird consistency where you couldn't dip your garlic bread--you had to clump it on. I'm hoping their pizza is better than the cheesy bread!

I tried the new French Bread Pizza place located inside of the Sun King Carmel location. The pizza is all put onto french bread in a few sizes. They do a quarter, half, 3/4 and whole. They also have a few salad options and some italian style appetizers. I ordered the half Yeah-Yeah and it was good. I actually didn't finish my portion, if you're not super hungry a quarter would be a fine serving! Appetizers we tried the crispy baked cheese. It comes with a few slices of garlic bread, but there was lots of extra cheese that ended up going to waste. A cheap and quick easy lunch/ dinner option for people who are already grabbing a drink from Sun King!

Pizza is much better after new ownership. Great flavor on the pepperoni. Great option in downtown Carmel

Eh? Just okay. Ordered on a busy afternoon and while they stated they were running longer than normal, it took forever to get two pieces of pepperoni pizza. The pizza, while decent tasting, was overpriced. And the owner (I think?) was not friendly at all. When I asked him when my order would be ready he just looked at me, said they were busy and went back to work.

Manager or owner is not pleasant and needs customer service training. Should have read other reviews but love Sun King and wanted pizza. Still love the atmosphere. Just not a fan of the average food with this level of service.
