Situations always change for better I think ..so now we are looking for short term lease and this property offers a lot of options starting from a 2 months lease going up to 15 I think .. . Went today to tour the property and look around if I would like it ...in short.. Looved it ... they took all our needs into consideration and helped us . Provided us with all the options matching our needs ... Lexie was really wonderful and helpful . Not only did she show us around but was very accommodating when we told her we wanted to look at more options .I will update more as things move forward .. for right now it was a good tour thanks to Lexie .

Went to go tour the Quarry around noon. Yes one would think that it's lunch time, but you would assume if their office hours were 9-6, that they'd do split lunches. Nope. Been sitting for roughly 20 minutes and, still, no one to answer the intercom to the front office. 2 other people came and went, without being able to get in, since I got here. One was looking to rent as well, and the other had to drop off a key. Both left, as it's ridiculous to be stuck out of the leasing office during leasing office hours. Might come back for a tour, but this is definitely not the service I would expect for the price point. Your leasing Office staff should be just as high quality as your amenities.

I house, dog say for a resident recently. The complex is beautiful. But not practical. I felt like I was in a hotel. Management was giving tours. I could hear them as if they were in the same room. I felt like I had to whisper or neighbors would hear me. Horrible sound proofing and insulation. I wouldn't live here if it were free.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE LIVING HERE. The Quarry at River North has been our home for roughly 8 months now and we fall more in love everyday. From the start, Val our leasing agent was so kind and very thorough. She answered all of questions and showed us tons of options so that we could find what fit us best. Since then they have added Matthew to the team and he is just as kind. Both are very professional but also extremely friendly which makes coming to them for anything very easy. They always stop what they're doing to say hello! It's very cool to see the staff genuinely happy and enjoying their jobs. We haven't had many issues with our apartment but when we've had any, the maintenance team took care of it very fast and efficiently. They are team that I would have NO problem with entering my home without me there, and that says a lot. The amenities just top everything off. The gym is the best gym I've seen in any apartment complex thus far. All new equipment and very CLEAN. The pool is my favorite part! It's always clean and well kept. It's very reassuring to see all the staff going the extra mile to make sure the grounds look nice. The location is a prime spot for restaurants, shopping, and it's close to broad ripple and downtown Indy. Not to mention, I always feel so safe here. I would highly recommend living here.

The staff is so friendly and kind! The apartments are well taken care of as is the premise. Loved the fresh Starbucks coffee in the lounge. Dog friendly too!

I loved living at the Quarry! The facilities are beautiful and clean, the staff is above and beyond kind and helpful! The leasing agent Kimberly is just the best, professional, informative, and so much fun! Diana who works to keep the facilities sparkly clean is also just the nicest and most helpful person!!! They both were awesome with my dog and fun to interact with. Even with construction going on, this place gets two thumbs up from me!

I have been a resident of this apartment community for a year and 4 months. In the beginning, it was amazing. Now, not so much. There have been 3 changes in management staff and with each one, it got worse. The common areas look nice, but are not well maintained, people leave their trash outside their door all weekend long even though they are not supposed to. The gym is not cleaned on a regular basis, there is always litter and trash in the parking garage and the pool IS NOT kept clean. It has been shut down TWICE in the last two weeks by the Board of Health due to insufficient chemicals to meet Board of Health standards. They advertise the building as Luxury Living, but it is mediocre at best. I can hear my neighbor upstairs at all times, even when speaking loudly.
