Prufrock Coffee

I only get an iced vanilla latte w/oat here. It's very simple but it's really the only drink I'll order. I've tried some of their signature and seasonal drinks and they just haven't been my favorite. I have friends who love them but personally they aren't anything special. And the food is 5/10. You can't go wrong with a scone or croissant but any of their muffins or breakfast sandwiches are overpriced for the taste. They have two stories and the downstairs is great for studying or reading a book or simply just chatting over coffee. I go here often because the service has always been great, it's on my way to work and again I do love my simple iced vanilla latte.

This is my second visit to Prufrock after they changed ownership and I love the change. Inside Prufrock there are many places to sit, and has the perfect vibe for working remotely. They have mixed seating upstairs and more secluded seating downstairs. When I went up to the bar to order, I was greeted by a friendly barista. The barista asked me what I'd like to order and I asked if they had chai lattes. I was assured about the chai options and was grateful for the variety. My order took less than five minutes to make and during that time I found a great place to sit and set up my laptop. Maybe the chai latte wasn't the best choice but I will be back to try some of their other options. I appreciate the eclectic aesthetic and roomy seating. I will definitely be back in the near future!

The vibes are great, very quiet if you need a place to study or read. The to go cups are absolutely adorable, the only thing is they aren't reusable. The vanilla bean latte was very classic with a smooth flavor profile. The Spanish latte isn't too sweet or bitter so if you're looking for something new I would definitely give it a try!! Great location to meet with friends and go on a walk after grabbing a pick me up.

Well unfortunately this place has gone down hill. My bf and I used to come here when we first moved to the Broadripple area. However the last few time we tried to come they were closed. Now that they're finally back open we were disappointed. We got a Cortado that was so sour tasting it wasn't even drinkable. I also ordered a cheese danish which was not edible. I highly doubt that was baked fresh today. It had a film over the top of the cheese. I hate to be so harsh but there are so many coffee shops this place is competing with in the area that I will now be going to instead of here. Lastly I will say I did love their ube coffee. It was delicious but I believe it's only a speciality drink! Their decor is kind of random but I do love the amount of seating they offer and their staff is usually very friendly. I hope this place improved because I would like to come back and give them another shot soon.

Great coffee. Nice cozy place inside. Some options for snacks.I went here and got an Americano and a danish. Both were very good. The barista was friendly and got both items out quick despite how busy they were. It's kinda small on the inside, so be ready to get cozy. However it is very nice on the inside.This place has an amazing location right next to a redline IndyGo BRT stop. There's a lot of other stuff near by too. It's definitely worth a visit!!

Prufrock is so cozy, with couches and little nooks everywhere! There is even a basement with more seating. Although it is cozy, there are always people working and talking, so you don't feel like you have to be silent. They offer a few pastries and breakfast/lunch items like sandwiches. The true treats are their specialty drinks and their unique cups. I got a springtime latte with ube syrup, which was delicious! I love that Prufrock feels unique but not pretentious. The barista was also extremely friendly and offered to remake my drink in case I didn't like the ube. Don't worry - I did!

Adorable spot with indoor and outdoor seating. They have a few featured drinks - I opted for an iced vanilla bean latte with oat milk and it was everything I wanted it to be. They also have a few pastries in the case and offer a few simple croissant sandwiches. Definitely worth a stop in!

This is one of my favorite spots to stop in Broad Ripple. Unassuming on the outside, Prufrock has one of the most unique features of any cafe in Indianapolis hidden underneath the building.When you first walk in, there is an array of different, comfy seating options depending on if you have something you want to work on or just curl up with a good book. The service counter is in the back. They serve a variety of different pastries and consistently delicious drink options. If the cafe is calm enough, the people there will offer to bring your order to wherever you are sitting.If I'm there, I follow the wall of books down the staircase to find my spot in what feels like a speakeasy for the student or bookworm. There is booth-style seating along the walls and a pair of chairs next to the fire - a perfect place in the colder months to catch up with a friend or just shut out the world for a few moments. Most people are looking for quiet when they head downstairs and are respectful of others looking for the same.Overall, this place is worth stopping in if you have the time.

What a hidden gem! Super cool atmosphere and my coffee was delicious! I tried the iced lavender special of the day.

Very cute coffee shop that fits the neighborhood perfectly. The iced miel was good but lacked the taste of coffee and could use some more cinnamon. The iced mocha was ok but needed a straw to get any flavor. The to go cups were so unique and fun! The service was perfect and inside vibes were comfy and relaxing. Lots of couches and comfy places to sit. There didn't seem to be a parking lot, so we found street parking a few blocks away.
