Nestled unassumingly in a strip mall, you would never know this fabulous little slice of artistic whimsy exists. The owner, Heather, has taken the reins from her momma, and this family-owned business has been framing beautifully for 41 years. The shop features a selection of local artists with goods for sale in a variety of media, everything from jewelry to soaps, oils to papercrafts. The selection and pricing is amazing. After having framing done with a rival local chain for years, I was gobsmacked when I got my estimate for my most recent piece with this company instead. What an amazing business. Unequivocally recommend!

I've been very pleased with Pro-Art. Their prices are competitive (I mean, it's framing, so let's face it: the prices are horrific no matter where you go). The owner is a delight--always friendly and helpful. And she has done a great job--always taking good care with my pictures. I always would prefer to support a local business than a chain. So, all that is to say, I'll be back!

My wife and I have been coming to this little framing shop in Greenwood for several years. I recently was gifted an art sketch from a local artist and wanted to make sure it was preserved. When I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and we talked about my options. Not only did they listen to what I wanted, but they offered to show me some options that would really complement the colors within the picture. They even suggested UV glass to keep the colors from fading.They had a lot of options for mattes and for frames. But understand, this isn't a place with a bunch of frames and they just slap your picture inside. Instead, they have a lot of frame and matte options that are custom built to fit your picture exactly. Having custom built frames does add to the cost, but if you have a keepsake that you want protected, this place does it right! Although I was originally told it may take a couple weeks due to the slow down from the pandemic, I was glad to get a call that it was ready in only one week. I was very pleased with the result. It was easy to hang when I got it home and I know that the UV glass will preserve the quality of the picture for much longer than if they hadn't suggested it.Not the cheapest place, but you don't wait in line for ever like at those big box places for someone to help you. They aren't cheap either. But this was a once in a lifetime gift, so I wanted to be sure it was taken care of and framed right!Review #3794

I had a picture that was damaged by a moving company. Pro Art replaced the glass and made the art look like new. Thanks!

No way I would ever use this place the lady at the front desk apparently is clueless. First she open the store late and had a hard time understanding that I did not want my poster cut before it was framed. I was promised the framing to be done in one week. They lost my ticket the lady I spoke to on the phone said it usually takes two weeks but then all of a sudden miraculously they could have it done in three days. I don't trust his place at all I would never recommend it I went and picked up my poster and I'm taking it somewhere else

I went to Joann's with a 60% framing coupon in hand to get my first quote but then decided to give Pro-Art Framing a chance. I had such fun with Pauline (owner) picking out a frame and mat that was just right for my heirloom piece. The quote was even less than the discounted price I got at Joann's, the choices of frames and mats was far greater, too. The finished piece is perfect! I am so happy with Pro-Art Framing that I won't even think about using a coupon at that other place again. Support local and support family-owned business, you get a better experience all the way around!

I will always go to Pro-Art Gallery & Custom Framing first whenever I need a job done quick and to perfection! The staff was absolutely helpful and very experienced. I got a wonderful painting framed here and it's now the centerpiece in my living room. GREAT WORK!!!

Amazing place! I absolutely loved working with the staff, they were extremely helpful and professional, yet fun to work with at the same time. They never hesitated to get back to me and really made me feel like I was their number one priority. As a designer they will always be the first place I look for quality art.
