Primo Banquet & Conference Center

Best location for any event! The food is outstanding. The service is great. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The owners are local and the best. Don't look any further - plan your event here. You won't regret it.

I've used Primo several times over the past 3 years for a 100 person business meeting. It's one of my favorite conference centers on the south side. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are set up with a/v, dance floor, stage, and plenty of room to walk around. I've never used the room for a wedding but I always see other rooms set up for a wedding and they do look nice. The facility has two sets of restrooms on each side of the center and there is ample parking.

It's a massive banquet hall for hosting gatherings of 1000 or more. As such, the food is not the greatest. There is also no table service. Buffet only.It was freezing cold the last time I was there (January).

We had our wedding here, and the place could not have been any better! Every aspect was taken care of to our every desire. The room was magnificent, the service was phenomenal, and the food was just completely outstanding. We received so many compliments post-wedding on how great the entire experience was for our guests! Contrary to one of the other reviews, they do offer plated services; however, we went with the buffet and loved everything on it. They were extremely accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. There were numerous times where we didnt know which direction to turn on certain things for the reception, and the people in the front office were overly helpful in giving us ideas or pointing us in the right direction! They really helped make our wedding the most memorable time of our lives :)

Great food, even better people!!! Would not go anywhere else for my annual event or banquet hall needs. Keep it up Primo!

I've been to so many weddings and events here being a southsider and I love Primo. The food is always amazing and the staff has always been friendly. They always make the room feel different too!! They do such an amazing job with parties.
