I went to Primeval on their 5 year anniversary celebration day - it was my first time there.I got their special anniversary stout flight and a pretzel. Both the beer and the pretzel were quite good. The place has a fun atmosphere with long tables and benches, service was fast and friendly. It is a good place to try if you are looking for a brewery in downtown Noblesville.

Great little casual gathering place in downtown Noblesville. Easy street parking. Plenty of beers to enjoy. For me, the "sacred seduction," a cholately porter. Also good sandwich options. Hubs had a wrap, I had teh Nov sandwich of the month, the "cornucopia. This was turkey, cranberry relish, stuffing, cheese and mustard on a pretzel bun. Super #yum ! They also have live music and the even we were there was a celctic group.#ReviewsByRL

As an avid summer fan, I love all things cookout/picnic/neighborhood BBQ, and eating dinner at Primeval Brewing was the perfect way to get a taste of summer during these dreary April showers. In the "lobby" area of Primeval, there is a small stage for live music performances, as well as a shelf of board games (some family-friendly and others that are geared towards just adults!) As much as I enjoyed the live singer's talent, the speakers were extremely loud and made it hard to hear the people I was sitting with. Adding to the cookout atmosphere, the dining room is outfitted with large picnic tables that are big enough for multiple parties to sit together. If you prefer a more private spot, Primeval also has a few individual tables. Speaking of the BREWERY part of Primeval Brewery, there is an extensive draft beer menu from local vendors, as well as cocktails made with locally-distilled spirits. My friend tried the Clever Girl cocktail, which is gin flavored with blood orange. It was as delicious as it was visually appealing! Fans of local breweries/distilleries might be interested in trying a beer "flight," a tray of 4 beers of choice for a very reasonable $10. For appetizers, we ordered the charcuterie board. It wasn't exactly what we were expecting, but I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a simple meat and cheese platter without any extra complications. We also had the buffalo chicken dip with blue corn chips, which was a crowd favorite. The dip was pretty spicy, but the chips balanced out the flavor. I had the grilled cheese panini as my meal, and I was impressed with the delicious blend of cheeses. I opted for no mustard, but I imagine that the flavor would add an elevated flavor. Overall, Primeval Brewery is a great place to enjoy dinner, and I can't wait to come back in the summer for a proper picnic!

Quaint little brewery in downtown Noblesville with light food menu. There is some parking in the back and an entrance from the parking lot too. For beer I had the peony days which was a fruit cream ale and right up my alley! There was also a bacon flavored beer that they've won some awards for that was surprisingly good. We split one of their seasonal sandwiches and it came with chips. It was really tasty and the perfect lunch spot on a weekend.

Good brewery with multiple beers on tap that are quite good. The food is just okay, not much variety and the quality is fine. Overall it's a fun place to hangout! They do sometimes close for private events though so maybe call ahead before coming out.

Cool ambience in downtown noblesville. Staff was very friendly and they had full bar. I liked the exposed brick which seemed to have some history. Large garage doors that open to outside were nice! It was very very loud would be the only downfall. Overall a cool spot though!

We came in during an event where they have live music. Very family friendly environment with shareable tables. They say it's European style so don't be afraid to sit next to a stranger. The beer I picked is nice and light. Great place to pop in and have a drink while waiting for a table on the weekend.

Excellent German style beers they brew on site, and great pretzels (I just wish they were bigger) with cheese and mustard. Couple of neat features, the beer is not all served in pint glasses but in a glass that is appropriately shaped for the type of beer you order. Any German or beer connoisseur would pick up on this important detail.Another interesting detail about my experience was the lack of sticky floors. I really appreciated this. The staff takes pride in operating a clean establishment. Tables are socially distanced so once you are seated you can take off your mask. (Note this was reviewed in September 2020 as bars are dealing with COVID-19 restrictions)

We're visiting friends in the area and decided to give them a try. We truly enjoyed our flight samplers and the pretzel rolls were delicious. They have baskets of chips and the only thing we wish they served with them was done French onion dip. It makes the. Ever better. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed if you're a beer drinker.
