I thought this location might be better since it's by Castketon mall but nope.Service is still lacking, it doesn't cost a thing to be polite.I ordered online, came through the drive through and after saying my name 5 times they finally said pull up. I asked if there was a spoon in there ( i had mashed potatoes), she immediately said yea. I sat at the drivethru and opened the bag to look and there was no spoon so I asked her for one and she shut the window. I didn't see any napkin either so I waited right there till she reluctantly opened the window and I said there are no napkins and asked can I have some. She handed my the napkins and closed the window of corse glaring at me the whole time like I had personal offended her.Now to the food, I asked for the sauce on the side since I was using a new sauce I've never tried and off corse the boneless wings were swimming in the sauce and of course it was a disgusting sauce.The sauce was honey lemon and it tasted like the fake lemon in sour candy.The only decent part of the meal was the mashed potatoes... which I would not be able to eat without a spoon!

The employees couldn't care less that you are there. One of the cooks tried to help and was shoed away only to leave 2 people at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. Once finally helped the person was extremely rude and bothered that there were customers in the store. The manager witnessed the entire interaction without saying a word to the employee or customers. She was working however

Waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru only to be "We're only accepting cash. Is that ok?" No sign notifying the dozens of cars in line - just wasted time and gas, which could've been avoided with basic communication and customer service.

The workers are immature bullies. I was waiting in the drive thru window, the workers were making a joke and laughing at me from the inside. I couldn't hear what they were talking about but as soon as that happened, another guy came from the back just to take a look at me from the inside and started laughing. ‍‍‍

To walk in not even be acknowledged by the three people working, we turned around and left. Do better be better.

Worst location I've been too ever. Never have anything you want. No sandwiches and $20 for tenders that are tiny. Overall terrible

Quick service in the drive thru but how do you forget my biscuit! Extremely disappointed.

Wish I could give zero or negative stars to this one. Stopped in today 2:30pm and ordered a 8 piece family meal all white original with coleslaw. They had not coleslaw so ended up with redbeans and rice. When I got home I had 5 pieces of chicken (1 breast (spicy), 2 thighs (spicy), 1 wing (spicy), 1 wing (original). a container of redbeans and rice with a lid broken and 1/3 of it spilled in the sack, NO biscuits (should have been 4).I called the store and was told they can't refund over the phone I had to come back into the store. I returned to the store at 4:38 (2h 8m after I paid) i was told that they have already switched their cash over to Sunday and therefore could no longer provide refunds. I demanded a refund and they still kept saying they couldn't give one. I asked for the regional mangers name and number and was told "they don't talk to normal people" So I guess employes are "special". After discussing with at least 4 managers at the site and them calling, I assume the super secret regional manage, they finally provided a cash refund.So the order issue was bad, the service when I came back was worse but the staff was HORRIBLE. Multiple people not wearing mask for gloves touching food. I watched one person sweep up stuff then use their hands to help get the trash into the dustpan then immediately when over and got chicken out of the basket for an order. Another woman was making sandwiches who WAS wearing gloves, no mask, I was like OK better then between making sandwiches she, with her gloved hands, readjusted her hair. Employees had cell phones sitting in trays used to hold drive through orders. Drinks being drank just sitting around next to customer food. This place seriously needs a health inspector check which I will be calling the Marion County health department on Monday as I'm sure they are violating several regulations.

Was the only person in line. Two customers were standing aside having made their order. The woman running the register was leaning against the wall completely ignoring me. Finally after 2-3 mins I cleared my throat. No change. 2 min later the cook said the ladies order was ready and the cashier jumped into gear and started putting it together. It was a large order, but I waited. I thought it was done but one of the ladies dropped her chicken, picked it up, and the cashier said 'no, no, I'll get you some clean chicken. At this point I'd been waiting about 7-9 mins. So I left. Went to Mcds and got a chicken McNuggets.

Most rude staff I've ever come across in my entire life. Girl at drive through literally comes on the mic "we're closed". It was 2 pm. I asked why. She said "we're closed". Absolute trash fire this girl.
