It was such a cute coffee shop! Lots of options. The barista was so friendly and recommended me several options! The cold brew is great.

I didn't enjoy the latte but the desserts looked really good. Would have like some suggestions or guidance on what to get.

Yum yum yum! We stopped in Please & Thank You to grab a couple cookies before a concert and were immediately welcomed by the staff. Since we'd never been there before, they were happy to give suggestions and recommendations. I got a rainbow chip cookie and my brother in law had the classic chocolate chip and the oatmeal cream pie. All three were excellent- soft baked cookies with rich flavors and the oatmeal cream almost had a gingerbread taste to it. We really enjoyed these cookies and will definitely be back.

Love this little place. Very friendly staff. Easy to get in and out when I went on a weekday afternoon. I ordered the Laura Palmer and chocolate chip cookies. I don't care for strongly flavored drinks, so I took my drink home and cut it with half water and it was perfect. What a nice refreshing drink! The chocolate chip cookies are very good! My granddaughters loved them.

I was given a gift card to the café "please and thank you", which is located at the end of Mass Ave right across from the Bottleworks District. A friend and I walked in 15 minutes before close. Yeah we were those people however, we just wanted a cookie. The staff were very polite and told us about what they typically serve. I ordered a sugar cookie that had yellow icing and a smiley face on top. It was melt in your mouth delicious. Also they gave us a chocolate chip cookie on the house

This was my first time visiting the Indianapolis location. The lattes were really good. Not overly sweet, a perfect balance of espresso and sweetness. The cookies were also very good (obviously).

Yummy latte, nicely flavored without being overly sweet. Staff was friendly and attentive. The inside provides a few tables but it doesn't seemed designed for comfort so I wouldn't recommend this as a place to set up and work. Cookie was very good! Paid parking located outside, probably difficult to find a spot at times but overall good location.

Mass Ave's newest coffee shop is certainly worth the walk away from the bulk of the avenue! Though the location itself isn't super close to the main stretch of shops, it's certainly worth including on the walking loop. It's a smaller shop, so there's not a ton of seating available but the storefront is very clean and bright. Here's what I got:Ganache latte ($4.50, 8 oz): a coffee drink lightly sweetened with chocolate and a marshmallow melting in your drink. I wish the marshmallow were replaced with mini ones as they melt in better. 4.5/5 stars - the big marshmallow can stick to the drink spout of the lidBrownie ($4.25): don't be fooled, it is a rather large brownie for the price and very much worth it. It's very moist with a fudge-like quality and a little salty as well to balance the sweetness. 5/5 starsI appreciate the size range of beverages being as small as 8 oz as that gives you that flexibility of not having to get an enormous beverage. Their menu has a wide variety of specialty flavor types for their coffee as well as non-coffee drinks. They do advertise as not having decaf coffee, so the non-coffee drinks are a plus! There's also a good range of sweets as well, but nothing was a non-sweet type of food item at a glance. Would love to possibly see some more savory items in the future potentially!

Have you ever thought to yourself, "I could go for a hot cookie?" If you answered "YES" than Please & Thank You, is for me and you. I saw that Please & Thank You was coming to Indy via LinkedIn and then I went on a deep dive. I wasn't sure what day they opened but by some chance I visited on the exact day they opened.I would say I probably wouldn't spend too much time in the store because the set up is not one that is great for hanging out. If you have sensory issues than I would recommend preparing yourself for how loud it is in there. There are small booths and a couple bar seats, if you are interested in hanging out. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and an americano and I was pleasantly surprised. The cookie was soft and so fresh. I also was intrigued by the derby bar which is like a cookie bar with nuts. I will save that for the next time I visit.
