This was my first time eating in a pizza king and this one has the drinks train. Press the button to give your order and a few minutes later a train with drinks will deliver your beverages. The kids in the group thought it was awesome. I enjoy that pizza king cuts their pizzas into squares vs slices.

I'm sooooo disappointed. This used to be my go to spot. Now it's all off. Has been since they got the "facelift " to this location. Potato Skins- Potato part is raw to undercooked. Cheese is cool and hard. Pizza- comes out a little more than Luke warm. Not hot to the table anymore.King Fries- Always burnt now. The new normal is that 2/3 of the fries are inedible. Not much cheese goes on anymore either.Used to have a good flavorful nacho cheese. Now it's a tasteless cheese sauce.Online ordering- Every time it won't allow you to order specific items so in order to get them you have to call the restaurant to place an order. Not that hard, I know BUT then you get at least one of the employees telling you how much easier it would be to order it online.... The one star is because it looks cleaner inside now.

I would not recommend this Pizza King if I could give it a negative stows I will give it a -1000 we walked in, and every single table was dirty. We had to clean her own table. It was not busy. We waited for 15 minutes for them to answer the button to order the pizza and then my daughter gets her drink and tries to put sugar in her sweet tea and find a screw in it, and they act like it is nothing so to summit up -1000 do not recommend basically go to any other food restaurant

I can't believe how pizza at this place can be served in the manner of where pooled grease in the middle of a pie to any customer is a good example of what this company is showing in promotional advertising. Not only this, I grew up eating Pizza King and Arni's and I always found Arni's pizzas to be on the greasier side than Pizza King. Up until now I was extremely disappointed with the poor quality of food offered here as it was a stark difference to what I have been used to from Pizza King. I have had pizza from other Pizza King establishments and none were as bad of an experience as this I had here today. Bringing this up to the attention of the manager was pleasant and she was extremely understanding and she offered a new pizza with different topping. This time the sausage only pizza was a better result than the original order of pepperoni only pizza. I do not believe this whole issue falls on the manager's responsibility as I believe this is a quality control issue. The quality of the pepperoni was so bad that I could not understand how this particular restaurant could not produce the same results as a pepperoni pizza from another Pizza King I had bought earlier today for my niece, from a small town of where she lives. Her pizza looked much better than the one I was served here.Come on. Whoever is buying the meat toppings should be getting from the same supplier, no? What's the real issue here? I expected much better than this from a company that is quite popular with Indiana folk.Update: thanks again to the manager for resolving the unappetizing issue to a better result alternative. Sausage pizza turned out much better. I will continue to believe the issue lies within the quality of the pepperoni itself. How come other Pizza Kings' pepperoni pizzas look better than this Pizza King's? Hopefully this issue will get resolved soon?

I love this pizza and breadsticks! I grew up in the area and would stop by this location. The train that brings the drinks to the booth is always fun for kids. They have thin crust pizza, and yummy toppings.

So I contacted them because they made a pizza for me and it was disgustingly nasty and overburnt with hardly any toppings on it! They told me sure we will replace it but did not tell me that there is a 30 day limit for their customer service to have your item replaced! So I brought it to the general manager's attention thinking well thinking well he will take care of it! No they do not do any customer service over 30 days ! Apparently apparently our money money to them is only worth 30 days of helping a customer with an issue . I will never order from them again! They are rude condescending and don't care about the customers whatsoever!! There are other pizza places in town that are not as good in taste but at least when it comes to their customer service they are Head and shoulders above this place!They are extremely rude when you call them like they are too busy to care of what the customer thanks. I even told them several times please don't burn it again like you have in the past and they insured me that they won't.. The bottom of this pizza was darker than a fresh black topped street! With the amount that they charge you they should really care about the customer because they are making bank off of each pizza but apparently after your order is done they really don't care about you as a guest. I guess I will have to contact another pizza place tonight for my order.

I'm surprised this place gets the kind of hate it does. Maybe it's improved recently, or maybe I just got lucky, but while it's far from the best pizza I've ever had, it's fine, and definitely worth the price ($7-$8 for a personal pizza is a pretty good deal to me, especially when most places charge at least $18 for a full on pizza that I can't finish on my own). The pizza itself is alright. I appreciate the thin crust that focuses more on the actual ingredients of the pizza than the dough, but it felt a little light for my liking, and while the potato was alright, I was kind of disappointed with it. The service stays at the front counter, but they were all super helpful, so I definitely appreciated that. The retro vibe, with old school pinball and arcade games was a nice touch, too. I don't know if I'll be back but definitely don't regret stopping by.

Best pizza I've had in a long time. Get a large royal feast and thank me later. If you want to spice it up a little you can get it with bbq sauce instead of pizza sauce and in my opinion it's even better that way.

I should be able to give this place negative zeros!! This place is the worst. It's Jan4..25 degrees outside and there is NO HEAT In this building! The food was skimpy, at best!! This is Pizza King, people. But you would never know they were the best pizza place anywhere at one time history! Do not waste your money!! new ownership SUCKS! Food is horrible!!! I got $3 worth of food that was me $11!! Health Dept needs to check this place out!!
