Let me start right off the bat: I love Pies and Pints pizza. However, this particular location (Hamilton Town Center) leaves much to be desired. It started when we arrived. Parking here is always challenging. We arrived at around 7pm on a Wednesday night. I drop off my 91 year old mother and search for parking.She goes in and is told it's a 15 minute wait. Due to they only have 1 server who is also training a new server?!? Empty tables everywhere. They then suggest she can wait outside! Outside? Are they high? Not waiting outside.We order a beer in the bar area and wait for our table. This is where it gets worse. The dining area is overrun by gnats/fleas whatever. Can you imagine spending your entire time swatting away gnats?!?The pizza was good, but then there was an issue when the bill arrived. I had ordered a large Classic. Substituting mushrooms for the banana peppers. So that means Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and mushrooms. The bill comes and I'm charged $4.50 for extra mushrooms. I didn't order extra mushrooms. I substituted a vegetable for a vegetable. That has always been the policy at the Carmel location. As far as I know Pies and Pints is a chain so I'm not sure why this was treated differently. Anyway, they did agree to remove the $4.50. And the folks were nice. But we can't deal with gnats. We'll stick to the Clay Terrace location going forward.

It was a beautiful April afternoon and we were warmly greeted by the young man at the bar. The pizza was GREAT. We ordered the ITALIA pizza. It was unexpectedly delicious. We were seated outside, per our request. We visited around 12pm on a Monday afternoon. Great service. Tasty food. The PAX VERUM NECTAR OF THE NIGHT is the only beer worth getting IMO. It tasted awesome with our pizza choice... And I normally don't go for dark beers. FIVE STARS FOR TASTE, SERVICE AND BEER SELECTION.

I first had Pies & Pints in Lexington and loved the different varieties of pizzas you could get. The closest one to is in Noblesville, which is almost an hour and not convenient for dinner, but we were up that way for a concert and Ruoff and decided to have dinner there before the show. My husband ordered his pizza dairy free and they were great about those modifications, even using a different pizza cutter so there wouldn't be any cross contamination. I had the street corn pizza. We both got the small size and it was plenty for leftovers. I don't know if it was as good as I remember, but it was still a positive experience and the service was great. So I would recommend you try it yourself!

We haven't been here in a long time.... We know why now. The service was fine BUT sitting trying to eat while batting gnats away not just one or two a swarm of them they were even on the walls behind where my wife was sitting it's s not a good experience and then to find out they are aware of the issue!!! It was gross and the pizza was wasn't great!! Not coming back here anymore.

I always pass Pies and Pints when I'm shopping at the Hamilton Town Center, and it always seems to be packed with happy customers. From the dining room to the patio, Pies and Pints is almost always completely full. My friends and I decided to try Pies and Pints this past Saturday (9/30), and since we had a big group, I called ahead to make a reservation. I was told the restaurant does not take official reservations, they do call-ahead seating instead. Luckily, the hostess saved a table for us when we called on Thursday, 9/27. My group of 5 sat in a spacious booth in the back of the restaurant, surrounded by TVs and fun wall hangings. Our waiter, Sawyer was fantastic! He was very kind and came over to take our drink orders as soon as we sat down. He also split our checks and helped us build our own classic pie! The pepperoni pizza was a crowd-pleaser, we especially loved the garlic-buttery flavor on the crust. Plus, Pies and Pints does NOT skimp on the toppings! Our only problem was that the service was pretty slow, however that can probably be chalked up to a busy Saturday during football season. I will surely be back to Pies and Pints!

What a lovely place to grab and pizza and bev! The parking is a bit tight for this location, but a short walk is worth it! There are so many different types of pizzas and they are delicious! We went with the hot pepper & pepperoni and the heat was perfectly balanced with sweet. The beverage menu here is also phenomenal. So many draft beer options, plus cans, bottles, and wine available. Our server, Sawyer, was attentive and personable and made our visit a great experience. Definitely recommend!!

Stopped by for a quick brunch and was not disappointed! Started with the chips and salsa which was surprisingly great- the salsa tasted so fresh. We had the brunch pie and the white pie- both were phenomenal! The crust here is perfect. Our server Joanna was super sweet and made great recommendations for drinks. The restaurant is giving a "hipster" vibe but not in a bad way- it's charming. Will definitely be back!
